Very dry customer service. The attendants are so many in one store but serve no help & acknowledgement to the customer. Especially for new parents . Sad

First time visiting this location and I won’t be back. I walked in and was on the store about 15 min and not 1 worker spoke or asked if I needed assistance. There were about 5 workers on duty and maybe 3 other customers in the entire store. Workers walked past me multiple times as if me and my child were invisible. Once I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I went to the checkout counter where 3 workers were just standing and 1 worker asked was I ready to check out. I said “ Not just yet, I did need help and not 1person acknowledged me. The worker apologized and 1 of the other workers then chimed in to see what I needed help with and assisted me. That would have cut my time down in 2 minutes, the worker found what I was looking for when I should have been helped upon entering the store. Check the camera, I walked back and forth repeatedly looking for options and no one assisted me until I said something. When you work with customers in any field, it’s priority to make sure they are being helped.

I noticed that the store doesnt have a nursing room and I believe its essential to have it in a baby wear store as many moms come in there with feeding babies.

The staff here are great, the customer service given by the staff was beyond my expectations. I brought items back to exchange for a larger size. The process was quick and easy as the staff helped to grab what I needed which was a real time saver. The store is clean and well kept also.

The Representative receiving my return was very rude. I tried to assist with something that fell on the floor and she immediately blamed me.

Girls at checkout talk in a condescending manner. I felt treated differently because we are people of different ethnicity.

I had a good experience here. I called in to see if they had what we needed and employees we kind and professional on the phone as well as when I arrived. I was not impressed with their selection for older boys but the service was great. I'm sure I would have spent more if there were more options.
