So often, when someone is called to help in another department, they respond as though it’s not their job and the service becomes subpar. That was absolutely not the case with Allison. She stepped in with professionalism, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. She is truly an asset to the store.
I also had the opportunity to speak with Megan, the General Manager, who was kind, compassionate, and very understanding. It’s clear that strong leadership is present.
