Horrible customer service each time I've come here!! Pumps never give proper receipts you must go in to get one then you have to deal with major arrogant people who there; Jake who makes you go to the pump and tell him how much gas you got so he can give you a receipt!! Don't you morons have a system to where you punch in the pump number and it gives you the information?? I had to stand in line if several people to get a damn receipt!! Julie, you need to take some action in the flippant response from Jake when asked when you work? He said I don't know when she works? I said well how can I get a hold of her he said I don't know? I said well when will she be in? He said; wait for it... I DON'T know. The only reason you have customers at all is because your gas prices are cheap otherwise people would go elsewhere! Your business severally lacks in pleasant customer service!! Fix the damn pumps that give receipts!! They are always "out of paper" and out of ink!!

Only one paper towel dispenser outside had paper towels, and there wasn't any to in womens bathroom.

WARNING! The car wash here ended up costing us an extra $420.31 in damage repairs! It ripped the antenna off our Kia Sorento. By the time I figured out why the radio stopped working and realized it was the same time we got our car washed - I thought, that sucks, but I'll go get it replaced. The first quote we got to replace the antenna was $651.77. I couldn't believe how expensive it was to fix! Even the garage we got the quote from suggested we file a claim with the car wash co. I thought you're right, this is a crazy price for car wash damages so I went back to On the Run and filed a claim. After getting passed onto various people I finally got to talk to the manager. He explained that they could not help us with this at all. He said they couldn't review cameras as per my suggestion to prove that this did happen to us. I was stunned that they would not pay for damage repairs or even help out at all. After taking our Sorento to the Kia dealership we got a lower quote to replace the antenna - But still, $420.31 (plus cost of car wash) That was one expensive car wash!!! I had to post as a warning to others because I would hate for it to happen to someone else!
