Me and my sister got our ears pierced by Beth today and she was amazing! Very quick and the placement was perfect. She managed to run the entire store while also getting our piercings done. We were in and out of the store before our scheduled time! :)

I’ve been to this location twice (ear piercings) and each time has been magnificent ! Very professional and kind hearted. Thank you for having nice workers… it’s hard to find that nowadays.

Would rate lower if I could! 11:30 on Saturday with an 11:30 appointment and no one is even here. They were supposed to open at 10.

I would never recommend this store to anybody. The staff are not at all trained and manager extremely rude. We had been there for our 4 .5 years daughter’s ear piercing. The employee recommended a pair if studs which was fine with us. One ear stud seemed to be lose to which the rmployee said we can push it towards to skin after few days. After 10 days my daughter came back from school with missing stud in one of the ear and she wasn’t aware of it. We called the store they recommended to let it close and repierce later on. When we went back the manager was rude saying because the ear studs were not recommended for 4+ it must have fallen out. We said but it was recommended by your enployee after which she wanted proof that this was done in her store. After we showed the pics she recognized the lady but was never apologetic about the incident but made all the efforts and cold behavior to show it was our fault. We left the place without taking any service. Beware with your kids. Will never recommend this store

Pierced my 5 yo daughter with baby earrings and up-charged us for a solution we weren’t even aware we were being charged for. I actually went in about a week later to get them looked at because they looked too tight and the manager even commented at the fact that they were too tight and too little for her ears! Because of the earrings that they pierced my daughter’s ears with they were not healing properly and caused infection after infection and they wouldn’t stop bleeding. Medical bills after medical bills after medical bills. After trying to reach out to corporate (which literally took a month) they basically told me that they couldn’t refund me even though I had proof of their mess up, and they could only offer me a re-piercing. Excuse me??? Please, let me tell my traumatized 5 year old that I need to let her holes close so that we can take her back to get her ears re-pierced. How unprofessional and what a joke!

Great Experience and was overall well satisfied with the staff: friendliness, knowledge, and explained the overall process.5/5 to Aliver. With all the bad reviews we were very much concerned with piercing for kids. The reviews may have been real bad experiences but I guess they have better staff now.

Don’t take your child here to get their ears pierced. They wanted to do both ears at the same time (common practice) but my 3 year old had one ear pierced super crooked and way off center. They had to re pierce it and do it again. Turns out they are still not even but I couldn’t bring myself to have them put a third hole in her ear. They didn’t offer any kind of discount or anything like that. Tattoo shops and piercers around me don’t pierce kids under a certain age and I figured since it’s just an ear lobe it wasn’t that big of a deal. Just don’t make the same mistake I did.

Do not take your child here! They are not trained, the gun got stuck and my granddaughters are here and they left it hanging there. She now has a scar on her ear! I reported it to management but don't think anything has changed.
