I have been trying to get this company to complete a job for over 6 months that they installed wrong in 2022. They are not responsive and have lied about schedules and work completed. Save yourself time and frustration...go elsewhere.

Needed an existing sign relocated to new office location. Paul w/classic signs was great!! The turnaround time from first reaching out to them to installation was very fast. He was extremely professional and very friendly. I can’t wait to get my outdoor sign installed. I know I will be equally as pleased with their customer service.Great job Classic Signs!

We attempted to work with this company to install exterior letters on a building. We produced the letters and sent to the site for install. We payed a $4000 deposit for the work and the result was weeks of embarrassment as they constantly did not show up to perform the work or if they showed up did nothing meaningful other than damage the letters. Ultimately they were asked to not come back to the location and we asked for our deposit to be returned. We were not surprised after our experience that they stopped taking our calls and have not given us our money back. This is a true story. Beware of working with this business.

Horrible company to deal with. They took the money one year ago to install signs for commercial building. and that's it, they don't communicate at all, no matter how many times we call, no matter how many emails we send, they don't care. Don't deal with these people. I feel they are also racist people based on my experience with them, I am reporting about them to state discrimination department.

I have used this place many times in the past and always have had good products. I had planned on continuing using them. Unfortunately, over the last two months I have called and emailed for quotes multiple times and received no follow up.

I have called four times in the last two weeks for them to come out and take a look at a sign they installed. I was told three times that someone would be out that day and I would receive a call with an update.After three NO-SHOWS, I called (again) to see what was going on. The accounting lady said she would look into it right away and give me a call back "right away". Guess what....NO CALLIt's now Saturday which means my road sign will still be malfunctioning going on a third week, which is affecting our business.Absolutely fed up.EDIT: They have come to fix my sign after this review was posted. I'm updating my star rating as they did the job properly. That being said, why did it have to come to this?

This is a company that is not professional, they took the advance and did not deliver what they promised, they pretended to deliver what they considered, they never sent us the samples to authorize their printing. Of course we did not agree to receive impressions that did not agree with what we had contracted. I had to go to their office multiple times to get a response from them. When we asked for our money back, they wrote us a check for only 6% of the total advance we gave them.The attention of your staff is terrible, whenever I went to look for an answer they hid or excused themselves because there was no one else.

I reached out to Jim & Paul at Classic Signs Services to design a vinyl with my husbands logo for both sides of his work truck in time for Christmas. They went above and beyond! The logo looks excellent and their customer service that they provided was superb. My husband is super happy with it. They get a 10 from us!!!!

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! Classic Sign Services is a terrible establishment to work at. I had to quit my job because of the harassment I faced from the owner. There was constant unnecessary political talk around the office, which escalated when one of the employees started to put up political signs in the office. The owner would scream, throw, and hit things when he was angry. On my last day, the owner put his hands on me while I was trying to collect my things from my desk. I called the St. Peter’s Police Department to file a report, but no one in the office would give a statement on what happened even though they had witnessed it; so I never got justice. I will never recommend anyone to this business. I have experienced many terrible workplaces, but this is the only one that I left feeling hurt and violated. The owners actions have affected my ability to trust future employers.

I have been using Classic Signs for my office needs for years. We use them for printing letterhead, business cards and our promotional items like tshirts and other fun items! Every time they do an amazing job with the products and in a timely manner. I will continue to use them for whatever printing and signage needs we have.

I took 3 small/medium neon signs in to get an estimated repair cost. Each sign had a single break in the glass, so nothing major. I left the signs and provided my contact information. After a week I called and asked for an update since nobody contacted me. I was told that a 3rd party actually repairs them and they would get to it next week (no mention of this when I dropped them off). Another week of and a half of radio silence went by so I called again. I was told that the signs were sitting there but she'd have to call me back. When she did she said it would be $350 per sign to repair. My jaw hit the floor. I told her no thanks. The signs don't even cost that much brand new. It sounded like they just pulled a random number out of the air since no effort was made to contact me. When my wife picked up the signs she questioned the ridiculous repair cost and she was told that "they are a pain". Clearly they didn't want my business, so I wish they would have stated that from the beginning instead of wasting my time. I have more faith in the customer service from a stoner in a Taco Bell drive-thru than I do from these clowns.

Go talk to Steve and his team if you’re looking for COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE. When you meet Steve, you’ll realize the size of the stick he has shoved up his a**.They are going to cost me thousands of dollars after clearly missing the mark on what they KNOW should have been done right.I picked up my project the day before revealing it at a show but it’s too embarrassing to present. Steve didn’t offer to make it right and you should definitely take your business elsewhere!!

I came to Classic Sign because I like to support local business's. I was celebrating my best friend's 50th birthday and for this years girls trip we went to Nashville. I did a 50 and fabulous and 50 party crew shirts. Shirts came out fine, however had a late addition to the group and had 8 days to get another shirt screened. I was told the shirt had to be ordered but would be delivered within a day or two. So feeling confident I prepaid for the shirt. 7 days went by without a word so I finally called to check the status. I was told the shirt they ordered never came in, however no one bothered to tell me. So they said they would send me a check to refund my money. Two weeks went by and no check, so I called to check the status on my refund. They asked me to come by the office to pick up my refund because it was easier to give me cash instead of sending me a check. Ok, so now I have no shirt and I am inconvenience of having to go pickup my refund. They are in St. Peters, I am in O'fallon. Then when I picked up my refund the taxes that were added when I prepaid the shirt was not included in my refund. I don't fault them for not getting the shirt on time as I know supply chain today sucks every where. However, customer service is something they can control and was none existent. I will go else where to get my shirts for our girls trip next year.
