We left my wife's car with these guys for 2 weeks while we were out of town to have thousands of dollars in scheduled hail damage repaired. They did do the hail repairs but that was absolutely it. Was definitely not wowed by these guys. How about at least washing the car? Dropped my wife off to pick it up(they knew we were coming that day) and sign said out to lunch and then they quickly closed the garage doors on us as we pulled up. My wife ended up going around the back of the building to try and find someone to get her car. By the way, the outside of the building looks very run down. Don't use this place, not impressed at all. Plenty of other body shops. Terrible customer service.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. With the high amount of hail damage claims from the recent storm, Cornerstone was able to get my vehicle in for a quote. The best part about Cornerstone Auto Body is that their family owned. If you haven't experienced a family owned business then you're missing out! They make you feel like you're part of the family with the amount of care and kindness they exude through out the entire process. I've seen a written review and the person called them "top notch" and he is 100% accurate.

Did a great job. Nice to work with. Short staffed in the body department, so it took longer than expected. I was ok with that.

This was the worst experience...my car was with them more than 2 months! When I picked it up...I drove 1 mile...and had to take it back...it stayed another week...I had my car 3 days...and I had to drop it back off this morning...I was supposed to have it back today...and I have heard nothing...and no one will answer the phone...during business hours...this company has NO COMMUNICATION...they didn't keep me informed with my vehicle...when I called...most times I had to leave a message...and they don't return calls...the ladies that answer the phone...seem to just tell you anything...they don't really know what's going on...my car went back today...to fix a window...that was installed...off the track...and they think the brand new tire "didn't get balanced"...we're going on 3 months now...and I still don't have my car...I do NOT recommend this place...please beware!Update!! I got a call this morning...from the receptionist...to discuss this review...she was trying to persuade me...into changing my review...she was aggressively telling me how this review is not truthful...when I say aggressive...I mean arguing...smh...it's crazy...how they can communicate...when their image looks bad...but can't communicate about the status of my vehicle...and for the record...when she called...she did mention my car is now ready...but AFTER mentioning the review first...2nd Update: The car is still not right...The rear window defrost isn't working...While the comment tried to explain what happened...they are missing the point...the communication with this company is HORRIBLE...a simple phone call...a few times...providing an update would have been amazing! Had they communicated the insurance issues...we would've gotten more aggressive with the insurance company...but..." No news, is good news"...how do we know the problems...if it's not COMMUNICATED to us...We understand issues happen that can't be controlled...however...they had the car for over 2 MONTHS...only for us to get it back...and have to return it 2 times...and it's STILL not right...again...I do not recommend this company3rd Update: They are seriously trying to fix my problems...we really appreciate the effort put in to make things right!Final update 1/11/23...we ended up having to take the car to the dealer...we had to pay...to have the suspension system redone...after the insurancecompanypaid this repair shop....all the work Cornerstone did...was WRONG...and I was not comfortable taking it back to them.All in all...this was the WORST experience ever...I do NOT recommend!Services: Tires

My Chevy Colorado truck was hit a few months ago. I had Cornerstone Auto Body do the repair. The truck bed was bent up pretty bad and, like most older trucks, had some rust over the wheel wells.Cornerstone's front office went above and beyond for me ... they found a nice, clean, rust free bed and swapped beds for me. Of course, there was some additional cost but it really wasn't anywhere near what I would have thought it would be. Then, the entire bed and (my original) tailgate were prepped and painted and they even re-stripped the entire truck. They did a fantastic job ... I couldn't be happier.Also, the entire staff was incredibly friendly.

I checked out a few body shops to fix my 2020 Chevy Blazer. Shayna at Cornerstone was so friendly and answered all my questions, I decided to use them. I'm so glad I did, they fixed my car in the stated 3 days, the repair job done was excellent and it came in cheaper then they quoted. Highly recommend then for body repair.Services: Painting

Phenomenal Work !Totally exceeded my expectations I can’t describe how happy I am with how my car turned out from the body work and headlight restoration car looks brand new. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs anything these guys do
