Gotta love Costco! Always get my gas for both of my vehicles here. Never a bad shopping experience at Costcos. I've been to them all over the country and this one in St Peters is one of the best. The pumps actually have the chip reader, the pumps at the Costco in Clearwater Beach FL didn't have those. Always awesome!

Went into the store today 2/10. I went to purchase the Kirkland virgin olive oil. The sign on the endcap said 2199. When I checked out, it scanned at 2499. A checker went to verify it and she said there are two signs 21.99 and then she said 23.99 and then she said 24.99. The sign said 21.99, the online app says 21.99. When I went to your customer service, they wouldn't honor it. The customer service person asked if I want to speak to a manager, I declined, because that also would would have been a waste of my time just to have someone tell me no. I received the worst customer service From Costco in 30 years. I will make sure that all my friends know about this particular store.

Hearing Aid department "was" great. Then upper management removed the department's great assistant. Now the department is crap because the hearing experts are supposed to do work they normally do not do. They already have a full plate. Boils down to dumb asses upper management.

Very incompetent employees at the customer service desk. Also the employees are ruthless in trying to catch people who aren't members, my husband and I have been harassed numerous times!

The staff is insane. I'm sick and pregnant so my husband went here for me, mind you, I use HIS debit card every time I come. They gave him a hard time and wouldn't let him check out with my membership card so I added him to the account too. They still made a fuss about it and said next time get your own card. ITS THE SAME HOUSEHOLD. ITS THE SAME BANK ACCOUNT. Honestly outrageous. I'm quite sure I got a "strike" on my account for that because god forbid my HUSBAND goes to the grocery store for me. They act like their life depends on being militant for the sake of Costco.

I've been coming to this location for over 20 years now. I think it was the first one in the area? Standard Costco products, service and experience. Lately they figured out they had to have people making sure you weren't borrowing a membership card before you use the self checkout machines. You can't wander up to them with your hands full anymore, you need to have your card out before you get to a machine. If they start doing this at the gas pumps, wow, that will be....interesting.

The interaction with the employee's doing the membership checks has been rather obnoxious. Nothing like feeling like I'm being accused of something wrong when I'm buying Strawberries with my own membership card/Costco Credit Card. If they are going to create a TSA type check...why not do it when you show the card to go into the store?

Everyone that works here is fantastic. You can tell they work hard for the company and the customer. They are fast and efficient and have helped me save on prescriptions many times.

I came in looking for a particular item, and Chris was an employee helping me. Chris was absolutely phenomenal which is the reason for the three stars. There was only a display item left, but he was able to let me purchase it for a discounted price and even went and got me a box to put it all in. However, when I got to the self check out, there was an employee I believe her name is Telle. I couldn't read her it because she had it covered up with her vest. When I scanned the item at self check out, she came up behind me, grabbed the cart, and said I had to go over to her kiosk because only she could ring it up due to it being a discounted price, was running over my children with the cart, trying to get them out of the way so she could move the cart over to her area and also taking off with the cart as my wallet was in there. She was not friendly at all.

Shopping was just OK. Aisles are marked by numbers not by products down the aisles. First time shopping there. It took a while because I couldn't easily find what I wanted. Picked up scripts which was very good. Prices are very good.

Wanda L. was so thoughtful when I accidentally left my keys at the pharmacy counter, she looked up my contact info just to call me. They're the cheapest place around and incredibly kind and non-judgmental. When I was very ill with pneumonia and waiting on antibiotics, they gave me a free water and a chair for me to wait in. They even told me I could wait after taking the pill to make sure I did not have an allergic reaction while alone. This thoughtfulness includes awesome harm-reduction attitudes, including affordable, no-questions-asked access to certain insulin supplies. Although it being Costco the fewest they can sell at one time are boxes of 100; as of July 2022 they are $13.81 with tax. While you don't need to be a member to pick up prescriptions, ***this does NOT include anything else behind the counter, unless it was specifically prescribed by a physician.***They use discount cards like GoodRx to try and save you the most money. I have had other pharmacists at other places tell me GoodRx is sketchy and might sell your info, but I've not had a problem. The only reason I would give this place less than five stars is because of something out of their control. They will run out of certain medications, specifically popular controlled ones, sometimes as soon as 17 days from receiving their shipment on the 1st of the month. They typically can only fill things up to 3 days in advance, but the sooner you fill it, the higher your chances of getting it. The DEA regulates how much of any drug any pharmacy can legally sell in any given month. So please, if it is a medication you cannot do without, call and make sure they have it in stock before choosing to have your doctor send them a new prescription; if you have already filled a prescription at least once at this pharmacy and still have remaining refills, transferring is easy. Otherwise, my physician's office took days to call Costco, confirm they were out, rescind the first rx, and then fax a new prescription to a different pharmacy. But this was entirely my physician's office's incompetency. Also, there's no drive-thru and the place is often crowded. Just make sure you have at least 30 minutes to devote to waiting in line, especially around rush hour. They don't take American Express cards.
