My Grand Caravan starting missing really bad and I thought it was my transmission. Cottman’s Transmission sized up the situation quickly and gave me a call. I just needed a good tuneup. My van is running perfect and getting better gas mileage. They were so nice and explained everything to me. Thank you so much!!! Deon Schneider.

I know it's hard to trust mechanics these days, but not Cottman. I wasn't sure about them at first, but a close friend told me to take my Jeep there when it started giving me transmission problems. They kept my Jeep for a little over a month (I told them to take their time and that I had a spare vehicle) about 3 weeks later, I called Ted at Cottman. He said the only thing he could find was a broken motor mount and that he couldn't get my Jeep to do for him what it was doing it to me. Of course, right?! That's what happens when you take your car to the mechanic. It's magically fixed, lol. He fixed my broken mount and told me to bring it back if it ever did it again. He didn't want to put a new or rebuilt transmission in it if it didn't need one. If you ever have transmission problems, please don't waste your money going anywhere else but here. He explained everything to me, and trust me if it's one thing I don't understand, it's cars. He made sure all of my questions were answered before I walked out of the door. Thank you Ted, and to the rest of your team. You made me feel confident that my vehicle was safe to transport my 2 boys in. Hopefully I won't have to bring it back, but if I do... it's going to Cottman.

Fantastic service and good prices. These guys really know their business. Nobody else even wanted to look at my military Humvee transfer case. These guys had it repaired in a week! Great job. Thank you!

So thankful for this team! Had to get a new transmission for my Honda. They replaced it and gave me a 12month warranty with it. All done within a week!

Update to our review!
We’ve been going to Cottman for quite a while now, they continue to be the best auto repair center we’ve EVER dealt with.
Ted is great on all fronts! They do quality work, at a fair price and they WILL NOT sell you something you do not need!! You don’t often find an honest repair center that does quality work!
We use Cottman for everything on all of our cars in the household and have always been pleased with their service and the service they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable auto shop.
