I know my interior was in bad shape. I asked the attendant at the entrance to the wash and then again at the interior bay I asked the gentleman could they clean it out. They said the could. I had even start a pile in the passenger seat for them and told them everything in the seat was trash. The potatoe chip bag in that seat was still in car but in a different place. At least the seat was empty and vacuumed but it was just disappointing to find trash under the seat and a partial clean out of the cup holder.

This could be the poorest managed business in St Charles County! The employees exude the attitude of their managers ?. Half the time there's something in the car wash broken as you go through. I wish someone would open a touch less car near them.

The place is clean, the automatic CSR was awesome and didn't have the big burly brushes that scratch your car. But the staff was a little cold and they didn't wipe down things very well. But I did get a discount for being a healthcare member as well as the wait was not long and over all service was sufficient

I was a CC Ultimate member with 3 vehicles (family) for over 10 years. I cancelled my membership last month because of how I was treated by the staff at the full service window. I tried to email corporate twice with NO response. I switched to SCRUBBLES and love it. I'm so happy this happened, because I got to find out about Scrubbles. It's cheaper per month and does a much better job at cleaning than CC. I thought CC was the best, but wow was I wrong. Switch to Scrubbles, you're welcome !

I haven’t been here for a car wash in a long time and was confused about the options, but Eric explained everything really well to me. He was very helpful and I was surprised he had only been working there a few weeks. Very kind, professional, and outgoing. Thanks.

Save your money. This car wash did not pick up any trash and vacuum. You pay for the extra service for them not to be done. Worse Car Wash ever.

I feel like it was very overpriced for what you get. At other full service car washes where I get the basic outside and full inside, they still do the windows on the outside. I paid extra for the spray and wipe on the inside and you could see places where they just didn't do it. Missed corners. If I can see the dust so can they

Skylar and the team always treat me with respect and always, and I mean always do a great job in cleaning my car.
I take my car there before car shows and they are very detailed and I don't feel rushed to get out of there.

The guys at Country Club Carwash at Mid Rivers in Cottleville do Excellent Work. I’m very picky about my car and Mark, Skyler, Joey, Drew, AJ, Gavin, and rest of the team pays attention to all the details of making a car look great. Best car wash in Saint Charles County!
