My appointment was at 1:30pm and they did not call me to pick up my phone until after 5pm, They said it would only take a couple of hours but it took almost 4 hours to replace my cracked screen

Screen repair on iPhone 12 via insurance claim. Screen was cracked on top right corner and was broken even more during screen repair process. Now cracked all the way down to the bottom left and volume up button does not work. Was told that they are unable to fix until next week due to ordering of the new part. Don’t recommend. The replacement screen was the part that was damaged during repair. iPhone recognized the screen as NOT OEM when returned. Complete lack of responsibility.

Karen went above and beyond...in a day of so much poor service, she opened up to us a bit after hours and apologized for a mix up she did not need to take responsibility for...then graciously replaced our equipment efficiently and with a smile... Excellent service ...please give her a bonus ...
