Crappy pharmacy. Doesn’t open until 11 on Sunday, can’t be bothered to update their hours. What a waste of my time.

I would recommend an employee change. Specifically the younger girl with dark curls, working tonight (2/21) around 7:20pm. She was an absolute horror story of an employee, rude as can be. I enter an aisle with merchandise scattered all over the floor, dang near taking up the whole aisle, where apparently this employee was stocking. It was a MESS. I'm browsing product in that aisel and this employee re-entered the aisel to continue what she was doing, but stops as if I'm in her way and stands there. I look over and when we made eye contact she raises her eyebrows and gave me a completely rude look, like a "stank face." Didn't greet me, didn't apologize about the mess, didn't ask if I was looking for something, just gave me the rudest look like I'm in HER way. I continue to browse. I head to self checkout where I soon needed assistance because I wanted to price check something. She cancels my first two requests for assistance and I press the button a third time, waiting. She walked to checkout and I mention how I want to check prices. She denies me saying guests put things in the wrong spot. I said okay but I want to price check this item with the tag on the shelf. And she rolls her eyes at me and huffs like once again I'm and inconvenience to her. I insist again and walk away from the counter to the aisel where she then meets me and we check the price. More facial expressions, more attitude. I told her she has way too much attitude with me tonight and walked back up to check out.
I didn't deserve that disrespect. Shame on her!!! She needs customer service training and a new attitude or this store will continue to receive low ratings.

They need to fire the whole lot of staff, minus the pharmacy staff. The rudest people I’ve ever encountered, particularly that Ashley girl and that other girl with the silver platinum hair. And how they treat other customers is disgusting. They have THE worst attitudes and they’re just extremely miserable. And other times I’ve come in all they do is stand around and talk negatively about people. So immature and unprofessional. They’re probably miserable because they still work at a cvs. Don’t shop here if you don’t want bad customer service. The cvs in o Fallon is much nicer and the staff is great

They just hassled my husband for taking pics of gift cards and sending them to me. I sent my husband shopping and apparently that's why they need to harass customers. They were mad at him for taking pictures. Never shopping here again. Even moving where we fill medication. We've spent so much money at this cvs over the years to be treated like criminals for taking a picture.

There are some real peaches that work here. Literally roll their eyes and huff and act like customers are an inconvenience. Doesn’t make people feel good about themselves. Get a job grooming cats or something but stay away from jobs that involve interacting with people if your life sucks so much that you are rude and treat them poorly. Boo!

Going for a few years because of its convenience to my Dr. They always get things correct. One time I went in, the lady working counter helped me well beyond standard clerks. It was so nice to be pampered.

I’m a CVS shopper. My store is always clean n organized. The employees are courteous and helpful.
I would mention the staff is always busy, stocking or helping consumers. I def say shop CVS; even if not in my neighborhood. I’m sure you will be surprised at the friendliness.

the cashier (who did not have a name tag on) snatched the product from my hands proceeded to take it with her from the floor to the cash register even though I was not done shopping. (No big deal) I understand some places have policies.
She then proceeded to follow me around the store for the next 10-15mins while I finished shopping. When I go to check out I’m about the third person in line. She yells at me asked if I’m ready to check out and told me I had to go to self check out. Even though there were people in line? She stood shoulder to shoulder with this entire time while I’m checking out. Told me I needed to put in my rewards number. I don’t have rewards with cvs.
Was completely rude with me this entire time. Horrible customer service. When I called after I left the store, got hung up on the first time. Second time, they answered and told me no manger was in today. 11/11/24 @ 3:20pm. Management have a conversation with your employees.

My daughter got a prescription at TAUC. They said I could get her antibiotics through them without insurance for 15.00, or they could send it somewhere so I could use insurance. I sent it to CVS because Costco is not open on Sundays. It was 15.00 at CVS with 10.00 discount from insurance. CVS is a rip-off.

I made an appointment for a flu vaccine with the intent of getting a covid vaccine at he same time. Online it said not to make an appointment for the covid vaccine and to walk in but the technician refused to do the covid vaccine because they were too busy. I would not go back and I'll be transferring all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy in the future.

A night and day experience from Walgreens. These Pharmacists know their stuff.
