The CVS on jungermann road have great customer service. Every time I go there I have no problem, getting what I need and help with my coupon was easy. Miss Beverly always is willing to help or find what you need if you cannot find it. Great customer service.

We went into the restrooms, and they were not cleaned at all. The toilets had bodily fluids all over them. The floors were sticky, and there were bugs. There were stains all over the walls.
Trying to find employees to help is near impossible, especially when there are people struggling with the self checkouts.
The pharmacy is the saving grace at this location

At this location l am NEVER greeted or offered assistance. BUT l noticed the older customers, who are of an opposite race than myself, they get greeted. This is not right!!!

The pharmacy is supposed to be open until 5pm on Sundays. I got there at 3:50pm and they were closed. I really need my medication.

Ten minutes after the store is supposed to be open, there is a crowd of us standing outside, waiting for the fully lit store to open its doors. Not a great business model keeping customers out.

Worst pharmacy ever. They put the wrong information in their system and mess up scripts all the time then blame everyone but themselves.

Waited in the drive thru for over a hour. Pretty absurd.
Update: The wait was due to covid testing. Not necessarily their fault but certainly could have been planned better.
