Went Jungerman&Mexico location for Covid&Flu Vaccine took my 89yr old neighbor,who was turned away with no empathy or concern when they sd her insurance wouldnt allow for her to get the Covid Vaccine there. The Middle Eastern Pharmacist has always been nasty and Rude at the St John's CVS which is now Closed she has transferred to St Peters with that same nasty attitude. After pointing out my husband's allergies to 1 of the ingredients in Covid vaccine she never suggested or advised us to hang around for 15 mins which was protocol at all other Covid Vaccine experiences. Never gave us a receipt or paperwork on vaccines. Called other CVS locations for 89yr old who were very helpful. We complained to Store Mgr and has taken other Corporate measures to mediate this situation so others are not treated undignified. l Will not use CVS for anything else. We have advise our family and friends on FB how rudely we were treated and to stay away from that location.

The pharmacy doesn’t open until 10am. I stopped to get allergy meds which are kept in the pharmacy and unable to purchase them because they don’t have normal business hours. Will not return. And the lady at front was busy playing on her phone and pretty annoyed with my questions. Definitely better to go to Walgreens.

If they can't fill your scrip, they will ghost you. No warning, no notification, they won't even tell your doctor. They'll just let you suffer.If you call to check up, you need to go through their voicemail maze that REALLY does not like directing you to the pharmacy.

Rick the store manager. Racial discrimination please beware. I went back after my event and told him about himself too. I was running late to a fun event. Went to view some items and was observing. He asked Did I need help? I said no just viewing the size to see if it would fit. He said I could grab a chair at pharmacy to try on and I said ok thanks. By that time, I hear him talking to the pharmacy workers about me and I placed everything (knee braces)back into the boxes and put it back on the shelf nicely. I grabbed a case of water and went to the counter to pay. I was waiting on him to say something else and he did!!! He asked me if he needed my help on placing the items back into the boxes? I told him I already done so. Even Kyle the registered worker at the time paused as well. I knew what he was getting at when I on purposely didn't grab the items to pay. It was a test and by him asking that final question I knew what time it was because I am not stupid. Like I told him I am black and he was assuming in his head thinking that I was going to steal but in actually he made me mad and I didn't want the item(s) from the store afterwards. I politely said I can purchase elsewhere for my son since he wanted to assume in his head. Makes me almost don't even want to shop there anymore!

I will be back to this store from here on out. I found what I needed quickly but the reason for my review is Gus. His smile was kind and genuine and just a quick interaction with him made my day.As long as Gus is at CVS I will be too.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy, not only are they slow they have a terrible attitude and if you try to call them you sit on hold for ages. We are in the process of transferring our business to the CVS in Target since they are much more professional and helpful.

Upon arrive, from CA I visited this CVS with my husband to load my chime card.. and the manager who looked to be training a new hire completely wasted both his and our time. At first they were friendly but when I wanted to load my card all of a sudden the cash amount was too high then he had a sudden change of attitude and said they had rules and regulations only bc my husband was handing me my money to load my card? Even after offering to show my pay stubs to prove my check was just cashed. He only questioned the line of work we do, and said what are we even doing here in Missouri. It was complete discrimination and his attitude was disgusting after I asked for the fine print of his policy regarding this matter. We ended up leaving, thankfully 7/11 was completely professional and happy helping us after sharing what we experienced.

Worst pharmacy ever, just got vaccinated and left exactly 40 minutes after our "15 minute" wait began. There were no more than two other customers and she didn't apologize.

The customer service in the pharmacy at this store is completely unacceptable. We waited in the drive thru, with one car in front of us, for over 40 minutes. I called the pharmacy to see about how long it would take, and the lady hung up on me before answering my question. Then we proceeded to go inside and see if they could do it inside and we were told to go wait in line again. And it took them another hour to get to us. Everyone had attitudes towards the customers. They need some serious customer service training here.

Quick and easy service to get my Covid shot
