not sure why I even went to this location. The pharmacy people are useless especially the manager. When I was trying to ask a question up front I couldn’t find any sales associate to help me. It’s dirty in the pharmacy and in the store. Just go to a different location.

Went in this evening at 8:26pm to get a book of stamps. I walked in and found an employee and asked to buy stamps. She went to the counter and then said we closed our drawers already and wouldn't let me purchase any. It was 8:26, not 8:50 or 8:55. More than 30 minutes before the posted closing time. Change you hours of operation if you're not going to follow them.

I’ve come here 3 times in the last week and the same gentleman (who I believe is the manager) has been here each time and is extremely friendly. Greets customers as they walk in and you can tell he cares. I’ll be sure to ask his name next time. Regardless, great service and I appreciate the friendliness. I will keep coming back.

Pharmacy hours closed one entire hour earlier. No notification online or even a handwritten sign taped on the drive through window or inside. My prescription took over 30 min to fill - they were kind enough to tell me to come back. Wish the staff would have said, hey, we close at 7pm not 8pm.

So incredibly annoying that you cannot actually talk to a person in the pharmacy and that you have to leave a voicemail. And that is only after you get prompted with 20 questions in the IVR.

It’s almost impossible to get to an actual pharmacy employee using their automated phone system. It’s a complicated nightmare! Also, they close down for lunch for two hours. That’s complete BS!! What…. They can’t stagger their employees lunch hour so that customers aren’t inconvenienced?! Avoid this overpriced store chain if at all possible!!!

I really like this CVS ... The Manager provides help , and always goes that extra mile with his greeting or help with the self check out .

Impossible to reach a person at the pharmacy. I sat through 5 minutes of an auto answer and pressed buttons to be told to leave a message. When a pharmacy tech called me back, I explained that I was told there was unclear or incomplete information on the prescription my doctor sent. She said it was an actually an Insurance issue. I told her that we have this problem every month and I use a coupon instead of my insurance. I explained that there should not be a delay, that the message I got was misleading, and since it’s the same every month they need to just fill it and let me deal with paying when I get there. The tech was not at all empathetic when said she’s put a note on the file that they should fill it, that they aren’t trying to be difficult, but she can’t promise it will go like that. I said, “or someone can pick up the phone and call me.” Her response was, “I’m not going to talk to you about this anymore. You keep saying rude things.” Then she hung up. I’ll admit I was annoyed, but at no point was I rude. I didn’t raise my voice or belittle her or do anything that merited such a childish and unprofessional response. Since it is impossible to call a CVS pharmacy and talk directly to a person, I was telling her to ask them to call me when there is an issue with insurance instead of triggering a text that implies there’s a problem with the prescription itself. Worst customer service at a pharmacy ever. Besides that, it takes forever to pick up a prescription when it’s ready. I don’t know what they are doing differently than Walgreens, but every time I pick up my prescriptions, I sit at the window for a very long time while they figure out how to run the payment through their system. My insurance requires that I use CVS, and I’m honestly considering a different policy for next year so I don’t have to.
On a positive note, they do have another tech that is always very nice and friendly when I’m there.

Dropped off a package that was not taped properly , cashier wouldn’t let me use the box tape in front of him . Had to buy $12 roll of tape.

I have to agree with the other bad reviews. I kept making excuses for them but finally pulled my prescriptions from them after many errors and rude behavior from the pharmacy employees
