To often I dont get my prescriptions filled in a timely manner and as ordered.
Example: Last week I ordered 3 prescriptions using the phone app. The recording recognizes my prescriptions and listed three of the ones ready to be picked up, a 4th I had to have my doc order because it had 0 refills left.
When I went to pickup my prescriptions 2 were ready, the one my doc called in and one other. Not the first time this sorta thing happened. This Pharmacy is unpredictable and inconsistent, making it unreliable.
My wife uses Walgreens and likes them. I have Aetna and have to use a CVS. But not this one again.

CVS has always been slow to fill our prescriptions, and now the medicine they just gave us isn’t fully mixed?! There are still small chunks in the liquid medicine.

Rude pharmacy staff. They were having issues receiving electronic prescriptions and acted like it was my fault.

Prescriptions sit in the “processing” status for days unless you call the pharmacy directly, then they “expedite it” and will have it ready in 30 minutes. I’ve had to call them for my last 4 prescriptions after they’ve sat in the “processing” status and they’re always ready within 30 minutes after that. I’ve also seen the pharmacists with their masks down below their mouths and below their noses. I’m highly considering switching to a pharmacy further away so I don’t have to constantly call and remind them to fill my prescription. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews / rating here, it looks like a lot of people have left poor pharmacy reviews on the overall CVS store
