Great watch store inside of Mid Rivers Mall with awesome selection, I love their wooden men’s watches very neat! Came in for a perfect fitting as well, they were so helpful big shoutout to Caitlyn and Jacqueline!

The sales lady was awesome. She helped me look at necklaces and a cross and helped me with sizes and I bought a necklace and a cross and it looks nice. Stop by and say hi to her and you might find something you like.

Went there to get a battery for my watch. The person working the counter did not recognize me for 3 to 4 minutes. She then asked if I was looking for something. I told her I needed a battery. Then if I charged the watch. My purpose was a battery for my watch. I would not have come there if I knew that. I question the expertise of the technician. Poor customer service.
