I called the Dobbs Cave Springs location on Monday 10/27/25 to make an appointment for my husband's car to be serviced. I spoke with the first guy who gave me the prices that I requested for the services that I was interested in and I told him that I would call him right back. I called back and spoke to the same guy and advised him of the service we wanted and proceeded to set an appointment for 10/28. I advised him that my husband got off work at 2pm so set the appointment for 2:30pm. He said great ok we got you set. I called back maybe 15 mins or so later to add another service and spoke to a different guy who said the appointment was for 2pm, not 2:30 and that they do appointments on the hour. So I advised him to set it for 3pm on 10/28 which is when he advised that they didnt have an available appointment for then but that he had a 3pm appointment available for 10/29 at 3pm. So I advised him to go ahead and set the appointment for then. My husband arrives early today for what he thought was his 3pm appointment and was told they didnt have an appointment for him and that they dont do 3pm appointments. So he called me and once I started telling them who I had spoke with they kind of went back and forth with my husband but then said they could work him in if he was willing to wait. So he's there now waiting til when ever his car is ready with 2 or 3 cars ahead of him when I clearly set an appointment for 3pm 10/29. Dobbs, the people you have answering the phones at your locations have got to do better. There is no way I called two days ago to make an appt for my husband to arrive and be told there is no appt for him. This is ridiculous especially with him just getting off work and having to wait like this for his car to be serviced. I think we'll keep taking our cars to the dealers because we dont have these types of problems when making appts and getting our cars serviced.

Awful experience, I went in for a car inspection and they charged me for work I didn't need. We're not transparent on the cost either. Recommend going anywhere else.

As I was driving to work, my car began to overheat. This was not something I had ever experienced before. My car was beeping at me frantically and going into the red on the engine temperature gauge. I was scared. I called my dealership who said they could take my car Nov 8th. It was October 20th. I needed something now.
I made it safely to work after adding some coolant and asked my boss for a recommendation. I was expecting some mom and pop mechanic but he said, “I’ve always taken my car to Dobbs down the street. They have always done great work and have even saved me money.”
So off I went on his recommendation. The first thing I noticed was how personable every single person I talked to was. They were polite and kind. Second, the showroom: clean, spacious, and filled with awards for best store of the month and year.
I spoke with Nathan who assured me that I would be taken care of. I left my car in their capable hands. Late that day I got the call. I had a cracked radiator. The manager (also Nathan) explained the cost. Why it could cost as much as it might and why it could be less. I had asked for the problem to be fixed as well as an oil change and break pad replacement. His quote didn’t include the break pads. I questioned him. And he replied that the break pads were in perfect health. I found their honesty refreshing.
When I went to pick my car up the next afternoon. I came in to find them explaining why it took so long. They had to request the part three times! Each time the dealership they worked with sent the wrong part! Finally, Nathan (manager) drove over to the dealership to find and procure the correct parts! That’s service.
My car runs like a dream. If ever I should need any auto work again, I will wait until I’m at work and send it back to Dobbs. They are trustworthy, hardworking and fair. I recommend.

I showed up without an appointment needing all the inspections to get my car registered and they worked me in quickly. I am very happy with their service and how quickly the busy shop managed to get a drop in complete.

The guys were awesome, got me in right away to replace my car battery. However, I paid $400. Seemed really high for 15- 20min of labor. Curious why they don’t pro rate the hourly fee based on how long the repair takes. My car sat out in the lot for 30min before they looked at it, they only worked on it for 15. Maybe they wanted the hour charge so they needed me to wait a full hour to charge me accordingly.

Had a flat tire late on a Saturday afternoon, Dobbs Cave Springs was able to get me in and the tire fixed quickly. Excellent experience and excellent team at this location. Highly recommend!

I took both my vehicles to this specific Dobbs Tire(cave springs) because the technicians are patient and helpful BEFORE they know if your a customer or not. I went for sway bar repair and ended up needing ball joints and also got an alignment(2016 Yukon). The price was fair and reasonable, so I also took another vehicle to get a water pump, $500 less than another quote. Fast and reliable no appointment. I trust the technicians to repair my vehicles and educate me of preventative maintenance

When Ford Dealer said I had to leave my car for 2 weeks to fix my air conditioner, which was not feasible since I babysit several autistic children and care for my 87 yr old Uncle with Leukemia, I went to Dobbs. They said come the next morning at 7:30 am and if they couldn't get it done that day I could take it home until parts came in. It was fixed by 10:30 am that day! So glad I went there 👍🥳
