One of the younger girls who works there in glasses was staring at me and my friend the whole entire time and it was super creepy. She was following us around the store. She was even watching us walk out to the car and was peering around a pole to proceed looking at us. I’m honestly disturbed and I would understand if we gave off a weird vibe or acted like we were trying to steal but none of those things were happening. We are both really creeped out now.

I returned a pair of shoes to the Mid Rivers location on Oct 7th. I had ordered them online. I was told my credit would be on my credit card in 3 to 5 days. It is 2 months later and I still don't have my credit. I have talked to customer service many times. Each time I'm promised the credit will be credited within 3 to 5 days. I am so disappointed in DSW. I just want a refund or a credit.
