Chase handled my reservation. As much as I tried to hide it, He could clearly see my day hadn't started off well. Chase was genuinely concerned and asked me how I was . From then on, I felt the weight lifted . He walked me through the rest of the reservation with ease and quickly I was on my way. Chases' ability to show compassion & grace and continue to do his job with such professionalism cannot go unnoticed. My return trip was held with the same regard!Kim L.

Record every conversation you have with someone at this enterprise office. I've had some less then stellar customer service experiences in the past, but I have never left a negative online review for a company before this instance.My wife and I rented a vehicle from this office the last week of October after one of our vehicle was damaged in an accident. Our insurance company made the rental reservation and when a rep called from this location to confirm our pick up, he said the $50/day our insurance covered would be sufficient for any vehicle on their lot.Once we were at the office we selected a GMC Yukon XL. I was aware that this would be one of the most expensive vehicles they had, so before we went outside to look at it I explicitly asked the rep we were working with if it was within the amount our insurance covered. My wife was present and affirms that he responded in no uncertain terms that our insurance coverage would pay for the daily rate of the vehicle.A couple weeks later I saw a charge from Enterprise hit our checking account. Upon seeing that, I called this office to ask what the charges were for. There was some confusion that was resolved and they informed me there would be a partial refund, but the remainder was owed because the daily rental rate for the vehicle we took was over the $50/day our insurance covered. Needles to say I was shocked and frustrated.At this point I've made 6-8 phone calls into the office and 2 in person visits. On the first in person visit to resolve this matter, I was told by an assistant manager they were issuing a refund for the outstanding balance they charged me, but it might take a week or a little longer to show up in my account. Today, after waiting 3 weeks, I made the second in person visit and was told they needed to speak to others for additional information in order to resolve the matter.I have been very patient, probably too patient, but this is ridiculous. I'm inclined to ask for more than a refund at this point, because a refund won't make up for the amount of time they've caused me to waste on this ordeal.Like I said, record every conversation.

Turn on your phone voice/ video recorder at the time of pick up if you decide to rent with them despite of these one star reviews.0 explanation on the terms and conditions. After all, what they say is “You signed the contract and you are responsible “ What they explained was that “just a phone call is enough to cancel on the damage protection “ and when I went to drop off they said I have to come back and sign it off to cancel and they charged me for the whole duration even though I bought it for 4 days only.Worst experience ever after the other party’s insurance company provided a rental by Enterprise

I rented a car for a month from enterprise everything was seeming to go great until my return . I think the guy name was Josh who handled the rental agreement. NOTHING WILL BE EXPLAINED . I bring the car back after the month the man says I owe 1700 dollars and he really couldn’t tell me what for after charging my card every single week . I asked was this a drive now pay later he looked very loss ! How are you all charging my card and still saying I owe . Well they got the balance to zero but somehow I’m on the do not rent list cause of their mistake ! Highly upset .
