Horrible experience lost important package. Was told it was at facility multiple times. Was supposed to be at pick up location. Still have not received the package that was originally supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago

Absolutely terrible service. Holding business packages for 9 business days without a reason, cannot pick up at this location and will not respond to requests to pick up at a fedex store.

Horrible delivery people they leave on the street not at the house multiple times even when told it’s unacceptable, driver said his boss said it’s ok to deliver on the edge of the driveway and I told him not to do it again and deliver to my porch as directed
Now today the same driver in budget rental truck threw package on edge of my driveway 300 feet from my house and the sped away FAST and upon his return from delivering packages down the road tried to run me over on the street when I tried to get him to slow down and stop to talk to me
Called FedEx yesterday and they did nothing about it!!
Now again today again not delivered to the house

Too bad I have to rate at least one star so I could post. This Fedex ground has been delivering my packages to the wrong address for over a year now. The exact same wrong address. An apartment complex. I live in a house. Hard to mistake.
I have called customer service, but that's been absolutely pointless. Turns out, Fedex Express, which has no problem delivering my packages, is part of the corporation. Fedex Ground is not. It's a contract with another company. I tracked down a phone number for the Premier Parkway ground location and was calling them directly about the problem. I spoke with a Coordinator who, after a few days, said the problem was fixed. It wasn't. Another delivery went to the wrong address. I have been trying to call, but now the number has an answering machine, and they don't call back.
The drivers have been told by the people they are delivering my packages to, that it was the wrong address. They don't care and don't return to the depot with the package. They just deliver it and leave.

ZERO STARS! I have a feral hatred for this company. fedex can guarantee only 2 things, that your important shipment will be either late or lost! It's a recurring pattern with these idiots. 2 years ago, after so much drama, lost time and money, I swore off fedex. Two weeks ago, I made the mistake of forgetting to check who the supplier was shipping through. My heart sank when I saw the tracking number, "Oh, no! Fedex!" Well true to form, the tracking said it was to be delivered, 3 DAYS AGO! I'm still waiting. 3 days wasted, money lost. How does a company this incompetent stay in business?

In my opinion the worst shipping company I have ever used. I was told that if I wanted my package I could pickup at Depot or just wait till the driver felt like delivering it because they were so busy. Don't commit to something and then use the excuse your to busy. Big corporations don't seem to care about their customers.

If zero stars was an option; I would put zero stars. My package has been sitting in St Peters since Thursday, when it was supposed to be delivered. Then scanned and sat again Friday….. and again Saturday….. and now again today. I have called and spoke with Fed Ex employees- which I use that term very loosely as they don’t do anything except blame someone else like a child, over 7 times. And each time I have gotten a different response and excuse. The package was my son’s birthday gift. A very expensive bike. His birthday came and went. Fed ex blames the seller. The seller blames fed ex. And I’m out $500+ dollars and my son’s birthday gift. They have been anything but professional, kind, and courteous. They are the absolute opposite and it’s a wonder how they are still allowed to operate. Every time I order something and I am told post ordering it will be delivered via fed ex, I know I either won’t get the package on time or at all. If I knew before ordering items that fed ex was the delivery company, I would not order anything. I have asked several times to speak to a manager and have been told there is not one. I have driven to the facility where my package is being held and they refuse to release it to me because of the seller. But ironically when I’m with fed ex and CALL THE SELLER on speaker and they even say we don’t know what is going on we sent a message to fed ex saying deliver the item there are no restrictions, fed ex STILL WONT DELIVER THE ITEM- or update the item. Even the seller has tried to contact them. I’m currently on a conference call with the seller and fed ex. Fed ex is saying there is a restriction. The seller is saying there is no restriction. And I’m just sitting here like am I getting it or not- and fed ex is saying there’s no delivery date 🙃. Fed ex should close shop.

Don’t ever allow your packages to be sent through here ! From anywhere Amazon Walmart any where FedEx dose not do their job they claim it will arrive by 8pm one day and then 2 weeks later is never shows they will tell u it will arrive the next day everyday and it won’t ! Worst place ever ! The higher to go up to speak to someone they tell you the same thing over and over and make excuses after excuses I spent 2 weeks speaking to higher up management and they lied to me over and over again I ended up calling Amazon and they refunded me my money fedex is a joke ! I ordered from Walmart a few days ago and turns out they used FedEx to deliver my stuff same thing happened it says it will arrive by 8pm 8pm came and went and it never showed they will tell you it will arrive at 8pm but the drivers head back to the company at 7pm and FedEx closes at 8pm it will not arrive by 8pm ever ! All lies so watch out !

What a dog water facility. I finally got my package in a week late, and six tags from five different days and five different trucks were still on the package. No wonder it got mixed up and never got put on the right truck when the simple job of removing the old tag when it didn't get delivered the first time couldn't get done.

This facility deserves less than zero star. This is not the first they lose my package. I was supposed to have two packages delivered for the same order and the same shipper. I only received one. On the FedEx tracking, it says they have the package at the facility, but It is never delivered.
