Really nice people I needed to go there to print out a shipping label and they did it for free even though it's supposed to cost five bucks, definitely recommend

I seriously feel like you have a better chance getting your packages delivered better by some guy on a street corner. . FedEx has such a crap rating but still doing well.. Proof big corporations don't have to care about their customers.

The lady working at the front desk was incredibly rude. She treated me like I was stupid and assumed I was looking for a refund with AT&T refund. I told her I wasn’t refunding just returning . She said okay I’ll take the return you can go now . Who hired this girl to be so ugly to people . If my item wasn’t returned to att and I’m charged I will make sure she pays for it . She didn’t want to give me any tracking info or any info at all . She just kept saying you’re “good to go bye”. She had her boyfriend or husband standing at the counter laughing which probably egged her on to keep being crazy. Fire this lady she isn’t worth a penny
