First time using Firestone and last! I will never use this company nor will I ever buy their products after the way they handled my car and the way they conduct business. Everyone lied to me even the corporate people I called for help. And the district manager was supposed to call but never did. So, I am filing this with the BBB since Firestone doesn't want to make this right after they lied to me.
I brought my car up on Saturday morning and they told me they would call in a few hours about the brake inspection. After 4 hours, I had to call them and they told me they would call me back in 15 min. They never did so I called them again after an hour and they told me my brakes would be done that day and they would call me. As it got later and close to their closing time, I had to call again because they never call. The girl who answered was kind of dumb, she wouldn't give me a straight answer about if I could come get my car before close. Finally got the girl to admit I would have to come back on Sunday morning to get my car. She lied to me just like they all do, she told me my car would be ready Sunday morning and I even told her I had to take an Uber so I wanted to know for sure. They state they are open on Sunday, it's even posted on the door and I called an Uber and got up there and NO ONE WAS THERE. I called corporate and they too were confused because it says it should be open. So then the rep on the phone said a district manager would come help us get our car and discuss a discount due to wasted money on an Uber. That district manager NEVER called or showed up to help as promised. This company is trash. And since they do not care about doing anything about it, I will go through the proper channels to have it resolved to my liking.
After this experience, I know I can not trust Firestone with my car or money, they lie so much and are deceptive even at their call centers and even their district manager all proved that this company is not trustworthy. See you at the BBB.

Takes advantage of people! Terrible doesn’t back their service. Charged my son 2x without getting approval for repairs that were a rip off and I would have never approved.

Absolutely terrible, took my vehicle in for a simple emissions test . When I went to pick it up the rear end had damage on passenger side bumper several deep scratches and a significant dent , they had backed into something they deny causing the damage I Am 100% positive this damage was done by one of their employees . They a liars corporate is not helpful either . STAY FAR FAR AWAY !

Just had new rotors and brake pads put on my car in July of 23' for $1150 at this location. Took in after heard small squeaking last week and was told needed all new rotors and break pads and that my front caliper is broken $1600 Quote. Took To Dobbs down the road to find out brakes are fine and nothing wrong with caliper. Dishonest and No Accountability. Took My other car there in June of 24' to get car door handle looked at because I couldn't open driver side door. Was told they ordered the part and identified other thing that needed fixed for additional 1600.
Called and got them to price match dobbs at 1100. Go to pay for it and they haven't adjusted the invoice to the price matched amount. Associate just takes the door handle cost off the invoice to make the price match level. Then they tell me they misdiagnosed the part and weren't able to fix my door but the part to fix it is on order. Called back and they haven't re-ordered the part and refuse to refund my money because the invoice was doctored. Disappointed Inconvenienced & Agitated

I went to fix my car's flat tire. I was informed that it is not repairable and must be replaced. I bought new tires from Firestone just a year ago, and because mine is all wheel drive, they told me that all four tires needed to be replaced for over $1,000, but the problem was just with one. I took my car to another retailer, and they fixed it for only $24. I would have ended up paying $1,000 for their idiocy, and the customer support at this location is awful and unfriendly. I'm just submitting this review so that others can be cautious when they go to mend their car's flat tire

The staff were all very upfront about everything and straightforward. Got me in and completed everything in a timely manner faster than any other shop could with constant updates. Gave a feeling of trustworthiness and the pricing was fair.

Visit and vehicle #1 had brakes replaced on my 2016 Ford F-150. Very expensive ($1500) then had to take truck back the next day and found they had installed brake pads on backwards. No apologies, just silence from staff.
Visit and vehicle #1 2018 Ford Escape failed emission inspection. First call from store was they needed to do a $120 diagnostic. Did not want to pull the codes first since check engine light was on. Once I convinced them to pull the codes, codes pointed to manifold sensor issue. They then ran a diagnostic for the $120 and estimated $1100 to repair issue. Car would be ready the next day. Went to pick up car and was told it wasn't ready. Still being repaired and possibly other issues. They did not call us to tell us ahead of time. I would recommend you shop around. This location used to have some really good managers. Staffing has changed.

Scheduled an online appointment for this location for 6pm. Showed up, the place closed at 5. There were people inside but no one answered the phone. Called them the next day and was told they don't even have people at that location that can do brake work, they only had people that can do oil changes. Was told to go elsewhere. 0/5.

I believe the red flag was when the technician called the next morning after repairs and wanted me to check the fluid level because he couldn't remember if he "burped" it after flush. He should of double checked that before the call that it was ready.

I came in for a second safety inspection that Valvoline had told me I had failed and I would have to replace a power steering return line, which would have cost me around $700. I was treated rudely and I had a bad feeling about that inspection. This location (and I forgot to get the name of my service person, but she was the only female there that day) treated me with nothing but respect and explained that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. I will only be using this Firestone for all of my vehicle needs in the future. I was a 7-year customer of Valvoline but the treatment I received by their inspector was horrible and they have lost all business I would have given them at any of their locations.
