I had my Subaru Crosstrek serviced for a wheel barring replacement. The initial experience was less than ideal customer service wise. However, a week or so later I noticed lights on my dash intermittently. Ultimately, the lights would not go off and I had lost all traction control and ABS function. I took my Crosstrek to a dealer. Not only was the wheel speed sensor damaged and needed replaced, but the dust cover was bent as was the break backing plate. All of this was damaged when Firestone replaced my wheel barring, the service advisor was clearly able to tell that this was NOT done by weather and was absolutely due to lack of care when fixing my wheel barring. Firestone would NOT help, refused to take blame or offer any compensation. This location will do more harm than good, they do NOT care about you or your vehicle. I am APPALLED at their customer service, or lack thereof. I would never recommend anyone visit this shop! $700 now gone because of THEIR mistake.

Had 9am appointment setup 2 weeks in advance. 2 tires & check engine light check. Didn't touch my truck til 11am. Tires weren't there. Left at 1pm with only the Diagnostic done & have to come back tomorrow for my tires.

Made an appointment three weeks ahead of time for an emissions inspection. Found out after dropping the vehicle off for the day that they could not perform the inspection.

IMPRESSIVE SERVICE!
Sean was a good man in the front desk, he was kind and honest. However my experience with their services was absolutely disappointing. I will honestly never come back to either this branch or Firestone in general in the future.
I dropped off my car on Thursday 8:30am and asked for oil pan gasket change, oil change and break fluid change. At the time of the drop off, they said it will be done sometime tomorrow in Friday.
I haven’t heard anything until 4pm on Friday so called them and checked the status. A guy (it was not Sean) said that it will be done on Monday next week. My face was full of question marks when I heard it and of course, what the beep in my mind.
So I asked is my car even being looked at. It was literally sitting in your garage for entire 2 days. And he said no, it is still in the queue but they did not work on any single thing that I requested to do.
Impressive, impressive, impressive.
Recommend Firestone to people who own so many cars, so they can forget about their broken cars in the repair shop 👍

Service was alright.. problem was when giving a quote need to stat things properly and when you give a total amount make sure it is the full amount with no surprises when they want you to pay the bill...

Took my white vehicle in for an alignment when I went to pick it up there was oil all over the side of my 4runner there was a boot print on my floor mat from a greasy boot. Steering wheel is slightly off from being straight. Just a sloppy job
