My first bank problems started on 10/2021. My debit card was going to expire, it was 2 weeks before expiring. Sitting here wondering if they're going to send another one, so I called the main cust service line. They told me it'll "probably be here" within a week or two. I wait a couple weeks, my card is now expired. I call them, they said it was never sent out. Ok, "wait a couple days". 2 weeks go by. Called them and got the same runaround, it's sent, please wait 2 days. It showed up a week later. Card works, just peachy.. In early January, I got a text message saying my account had a fraudulent transaction. I've never seen this number before, so I checked my bank online, there were no fraudulent transactions, so I ignored it. A week later, I use my card at a grocery store, and it was denied because of "card fraud". Thoroughly embarrassed, I paid with cash, went home and called first bank immediately. The debit card has been "closed", and they'll send one in, you guessed it, 2 business days. It's now mid February, still no card.. I called yet again and they said it was sent out.... They apologized yet again, and said they'll send another one in.... Two... Days..... I have little faith in the result, so I'm looking for a different bank. I've been their customer for a couple decades. It's a shame their service is a complete mess. Don't waste your time.
