We purchased a vehicle just over 30days ago and after we paid for the car we were told that it needed an emissions part and that he would fix the problem in a week. Well that was 30days ago with continues promises that it would be taken care of. The current plates are now expired and Foster or Joel what ever his name is won't answer the phone. The car was for my brother who is homeless living in the car and we can't get a straight answer. He told me he could put another plate when I asked but now. He is silent. Unless he fixes this issue I would say to stay away. If he does the right thing I will put a new post up. I'm not feeling real confident at this point!!!!!

I bought a car from this place in March. The car has been nothing but problems: no horn, stuck ABS pivot system with brake problems, catalytic converter issues & other miscellaneous problems. None of these are maintenance issues. They were issues that could only be revealed over time. Since the vehicle was sold "AS IS", I saw no point in calling about the problems. It was in desperation that I called First Choice to ask them if they would "make it right"; as me & my children are now without transportation. I was met with disrespect & belittling; as though I was too stupid to know how to maintain a GOOD vehicle. If I would have gotten a CarFax report, I would never have bought the car; as it showed numerous collisions to the front & rear of the car. I highly recommend doing a CarFax report & checking the title before paying to be sure you're actually getting what you're being told you're getting. A trustworthy & reputable seller will always offer a CarFax report for free!

Bought a 2014 Ford fusion with a salvage title was told it was ready to go, it indeed wasn’t. The owner of the business is a nice guy but whoever he had do the work to get it road worthy did a worse than terrible job. As soon as I started driving it home I had problems with it then I called him and he was no help at all. Transmission was leaking fluid everywhere and turns out the axle and both wheel bearings were shot. Wouldn’t recommend buying anything from him. Very shady.

This is one of the most friendly auto dealers I got good customer relations with in a decade. They always ready to help with many options on choice of cars and reasonable price. I’ll just stick with this dealer for any car needs. Thanks for giving me a good deal.
