The guys that come out are great! The call center where you make appts, not so good. They seem confused and have messed up appointments in the past.

Agent Jeff Hill took time to assist me and found I only needed a new power cable. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Went in to get my ipod fixed because it would not turn on. Cornelius was very helpful and had it fixed in half an hour. He was very professional. I know if i need to come back for any other device I'll ask for him.
