Pretty good home selection, I usually find something when I am there. Found cute Crate & Barrel pop corn set. So cute in great shape!

I came to this goodwill regularly. I’ve always loved it here. There is a new manager or whatever she is, named Amanda that is condescending and rude. Has brushed me off multiple times. There is no customer satisfaction drive in her. She’s there to collect a paycheck, & leave. If it wasn’t for my 2 bad experiences with her, I would otherwise rate the store a 5. Everyone else is usually kind. However I will also add, some of their prices are getting ridiculous and almost laughable. There was a $18 fruit tray and when I went to double check if the price was right, I was blown away when again -Amanda- walked right past me blowing me off when I was trying to ask about it and she said “whatever the price tag says” I went on Amazon and typed in the same fruit tray. It was $20 brand new. And for Halloween they had a small bowl that just had a pumpkin on it and it was $14.

Retail pricing for a thrift store. $20 for a radio that's missing the antenna and microphone. $5 for character glasses. Yet the wages haven't gone up.

Hands down the rudest unhelpful employee’s I’ve ever come across. I’ve also never been belittled in a store in my life. I was talked AT with utter disrespect. I’m in legit shock over the experience I just had. Worst customer experience i’ve EVER experienced.

Friendly staff, but absolutely ridiculous pricing… $10.77 for a used Batman that can be bought new at Walmart for less.

Staff members are FANTASTIC. Otherwise, overpriced.Magazine holders, folders, dishware, and notebooks are all as or cheaper where originally purchased; or can be bought cheaper at the dollar store.Beware if you intend on shopping for clothes as they've permanently gotten rid of their changing room. the excuse, according to the nice worker to effin spoke, was first covid, now to prevent shoplifting. Really, in St. Peters? They have changing rooms in ghetto Pagedale's Goodwill, FFS! Want to try something on? They tell you to buy it, drive to your house, try it on, then drive back to return it if it doesn't fit. To quote; "Ain't nobody got time for that!" the gas alone would almost certainly break Even whatever cash you were trying to save. instead I just tried things on over my clothes and had blatant codes announced over the PA like I was going to walk out wearing a sundress over my dress clothes into the windy 9° night. Went here looking for a belt and there were only three in the entire store. 5 days after Christmas and they had a faux Christmas tree. For FORTY FIVE DOLLARS, IN JANUARY.They had a used Member's Mark (Sam's) t shirt for $7. You might as well buy new. And I support reusing clothing: I wanted to give a food rating. I found a single shirt that was name-brand (Torrid( and it was $8.

Nice staff and I know this is not their fault but the prices have gone out of control The people that run goodwill and make these prices should be ashamed of themselves All your inventory is free and then you raise prices and you don't get tax You're just as bad as Mega churches they should tax both of you Once again this is not meant for the employees

Why would I spend $9 on something I can buy new for $10? Goodwill used to be fun to shop at and competitive but now they are not and anyone who's actually frugal knows they're overpricing everything so that people who pretend to be frugal can overpay for it, and frankly that's sad and a shame on goodwill.

Bad will, Dumbest policies I've ever dealt with. Wouldn't sell a lone ac adapter that I needed. Not in the business of helping people, I'm certain they will just throw it a way, like the disposable for profit people they represent. The management should be prosecuted for their lies here in the reviews.
