Patricia was great! My hair was cut perfectly and I really enjoyed talking with her. I highly recommend Patricia.
My grandson also got a haircut. I’m sorry to say I did not get the stylist’s name but she had long dark brown hair. She, too, did a great job. I think any of the girls could do a great job at this Great Clips.

I got my hair done today and the stylist was nice but I hate what she did with my hair. She cut it way shorter than I asked, and because I am blind without glasses and she had me take my glasses off, I couldn't see what she was doing to my hair. She butchered it. I have not hated a cut someone has given this much in a long time. My suggestion is don't get your hair done here if you need glasses to see anything.

I haven't gone to great clips in a while. Last time i gone to great clips i wasn't satisfied.
The lady who cut my hair this time was awesome. I should've asked her name but i didnt.

I typically don’t share negative reviews, but I mean come on. Yes it was cheap but I now have to spend the next 3 months wearing my hair up.
They did let me know that I could get it fixed for free within 7 days but at this point I’m terrified of anyone with scissors near my hair.

Requested style: I wanted texturized or point cut ends not blunt cut!!!
Stylist: Patricia — did absolutely nothing that I requested! I asked her to cut 2 inches, she cut about 4 inches off. I asked her to texturize the ends so they wouldn’t be blunt cut and she did the exactly the opposite. I can hardly get the comb through the ends. If this happens ever again I won’t come back to Great Clips.

I'm a bit perplexed. Just got my daughter's (6) haircut. Patricia did a great job cutting her hair -- the layers made her hair look very thick and full. I have a prepaid haircut card but I wanted to leave a tip. So I did leave a tip on my debit after I paid. But after I left a tip she displayed a bit of an attitude. She went from friendly to visibly annoyed. I wished her a good day as I left and she muttered, "yeah" without looking up. I guess next time I'm liable to not tip at all if my tip isn't good enough. Made to feel like crap because it was a smaller amount. Definitely won't patronize Patricia again.
I've had other cuts here go amazing. Will update if I return.

Several of these stylists have a really bad attitude. The person I had was rude and ignorant to me and then barely did what I asked. This person gave me a prior bad cut that made me not cut my hair for 2 years... Won't ever go back here.

Three stylists working when I was there were more interested in talking and joking with each other than talking to the clients. The stylist who cut my son's hair was rude, he was trying to explain how he wanted his hair cut and she said to him "you're not making any sense". I felt that the staff working 5/2/24 at the Salt Luck location where unprofessional and rude. After many years of going to Great Clips, I am done. I do not plan on ever going back. They keep raising their prices and don't give great customer service.
