Took my kids here because my stylist was booked up before school started. These people did not take their time nor cut my girls hair right. It all uneven, looks sloppy, and it took them 5 mins. So that showed me they aren’t professional at all. Very Disappointing now I have to spend more money to make another appt with my original stylist to fix this I should of just waited 😞😞😞

Always satisfied and pleased with my haircut at the Great Clips in Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Great value haircuts. The store is clean and hair stylists are professional. Alyssa is a terrific store manager and stylist.

I’ve been going to the Great Clips in Cottleville for a long time. I’ve always liked it here. Although they are very inconsistent on haircuts-sometimes I think they do a great job, sometimes not so much but it’s Great Clips so I understand. I came in to get a haircut today and they said they’d rather I go somewhere else. Of course I tip every time and they’ve always accepted my tips. And although the lady that said this has given me grumpy looks as she cut my hair-they’ve never once said they’ve had a problem with me. Seems very unprofessional and I guess I won’t be back.

This Great Clips is my go to for a haircut whenever I’m visiting family in St Charles. The quality, short wait times and reasonable prices are all spot on.

The franchisee should show face. 8 months of over growth and my hair was touched for less than 180seconds less than 10 snips and minimal buzzer; place used to be good. In the past I’ve been here with the same or more hair and the hair stylists actually cared. About my hair Lavish Salon is just down the road.
