Online it says they open on thursday at 10am. I arrived at 10:10 to pick up something for my son. The gate was still closed. I called the h&m corporate number to check ask about this. They said yes the store be open. He would call them. He returns to my call and says they said they don't open until 11am. The store needs to update its business hours if that is the case. I needed to pick something up and had planned the timing based on the posted hours.

I will never understand how and why companies would charge a customer $.10 for a bag to leave the store that they just literally patronized. You want to nickel and dime customers? Thats on you but let me tell you, it’s not a good look and a sign of a struggling business. Hope that ten cents was worth losing a customer over.

I went there this week and I couldn’t be more happy to go at the time I did by it’s being after Christmas.The guy at the register with the dark hair and Gus I’m the fitting room were very nice,helpful and welcoming! I have a new location to come now.

I'm 40, so myself have never been to the store and I thought it was just going to be another high price store, and we took our son at the store looking for a shirt for prom, this store is relatively new to mid Rivers Mall and I'm absolutely 100% satisfied with the quality prices in the courtesy we receive while shopping there...

Terrible shopping experience. Overall I was profiled by the store manager Angie if that’s truly her real name because she had her name tag turned backwards. I am too embarrassed to go into detail because my shopping experience was that degrading. I returned my items after I quickly determined that I was denied using a pay later app that works. I had $957 in spending power which is a reward for my frequent usage of said app. I was asked if I screenshot a barcode that is connected to my H&M account and I simply replied no. Angie had an entire emotional meltdown due to both my patience & determination to use said app instead a credit/debit purchase. After returning items for poor customer service I was given 2 15% off coupons to use at a later date. I will be contacting corporate compliance to file a complaint about this particular location. I would recommend shopping at H&M online to avoid being profiled.
