Chyna help us get earrings for my mom for Christmas and when I say she ran all over the store, she did. She even offered to clean my ring. Great prices, friendly staff, lots of selection to look and choose from.

My experience with Hannoush Jewelry in Mid Rivers Mall was nothing short of phenomenal. I met the manager, Alicia, at the bridal show in Ameristar casino, got her card, and reached out to her for my bridesmaids’ jewelry. Not only was she attentive to our requests, her entire team answered our questions, never rushed us, and made us feel confident that we made the right choice to go with them. Each bridesmaid had a different set and had plenty of options to choose from to fit their own personal style. Thank you, Alicia and team, for making my day special. It is truly appreciated!

This is going to be a long one, but it’s important to share. My wife and I have been loyal Hannoush customers for about six years. I bought her wedding ring here, and over the years we’ve purchased multiple gifts—Mother’s Day, anniversaries, you name it. Until recently, we’ve always had great experiences.
In early July (around July 6th), my wife brought her ring in to be cleaned. The associate noticed that the band was getting thin and suggested sending it out for repair. That was fine—my wife even mentioned that she wanted it back before our mid-August vacation. She was told the estimated return date would be July 25th.
The week of July 25th, I received a call saying the ring would be delayed a few days. Then another call a few days later with the same message. Eventually, we were told that the package containing my wife’s ring (and several others) had been lost by FedEx.
When we went into the store, we were told that once FedEx officially deemed the package lost, we’d have two options:
1. Take a payout through our protection plan, or
2. Receive a replacement ring of equal value.
My wife asked what would happen if her original ring was later found. Alicia, the associate, told us clearly that if we took the payout, and the ring showed up later, we’d get the ring back and keep the payout. If we went with the replacement ring option, we’d simply swap the replacement back for the original if it was recovered.
After coming to terms with the idea that her engagement and wedding ring were gone, we decided to take the payout. To her credit, Alicia was kind enough to give my wife a $98 Pandora ring to wear on our vacation.
A couple of weeks later, the check arrived in the mail. My wife deposited it two days later. The very next day, I got a call from Alicia saying that the package had been found and that we would now need to return the payout before they’d release the ring. When I reminded her that she had specifically told us we could keep the payout and get the ring back, she admitted, “I know that’s what I said, but the owners are saying something different now.”
I reached out to the manager, who said they’d talk to the owners. About a week later, the manager emailed us to say that the owners still refused to release the ring until the payout was returned.
I have a few questions that no one at Hannoush seems willing to answer:
• How is it that the ring “magically” reappeared the day after the check was deposited?
• Why won’t the owners speak to us directly and instead send messages through their staff?
• Why did the policy suddenly change after we made our decision based on what their own associate told us?
• And why were we told one day that the payout needed to be returned for insurance purposes, and another day that Hannoush is self-insured?
Nothing about this situation adds up. It feels inconsistent, unprofessional, and frankly, shady. We’ve been told this has “never happened before,” but it’s hard to believe there’s no clear process in place for something like this. It really feels like the owners are just figuring it out as they go.
The only positive thing I can say is that the associates themselves—especially Alicia—have been polite and respectful throughout all of this. But unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ends. What should have been a simple repair turned into a complete nightmare.

This is a long one… My husband and I have been loyal customers to Hannoush for 6 years, my husband bought my wedding ring here, we’ve bought mother’s day gifts, and anniversary gifts here. And never had a bad experience until now. I took my ring in to be cleaned Early July, I want to say July 6th or earlier, and the associate noticed that my band was getting thin so she offered to send it off to be fixed, no problem. I even told the associate that I wanted to get it back before my vacation in Mid August. She told me that the estimated date to come back was July 25th. Well the week of July 25th my husband gets a call that it will be a few days late. A few days later we got the same call, it’ll be another few days. The next call we got was that it was potentially lost. We went into the store and they said that FedEx had lost the package containing my ring and other customer’s jewelry, and that once FedEx deems the package lost we have a few options; 1) Take a pay out for the lost jewelry as we had the protection plan. 2) they would give us a ring of equal value to replace it. I asked what the steps would be the event my ring shows up. Alicia said that with the pay out we would just get our ring back. I specifically asked do we keep the pay out and she said YES. For the other option if my ring came back we would just swap back the ring they gave and the ring THEY lost. Based on those options and information and coming to terms with the loss of my engagement and wedding ring we decided to take the payout. I will say that Alicia was nice and did give me a $98 pandora ring to wear on my vacation. 2 ish weeks went by and we got the check in the mail, 2 days later I took it to the bank and deposited it. The next day my husband got a call from Alicia saying that the package showed up containing my ring and that we would have to pay back the pay out.. My husband reminded her that she told us that we would keep the payout and get our ring back and she said “I know that’s what I said but this is what the owners are saying now”. My husband then reached out to the manager next in command and they said they would speak with the owners. After about a week the Manager emailed my husband that the owners want the payout back before they will release MY ring to me…
How is it that the day after i deposited their check the ring magically appears? Why won’t the actual OWNERS talk to us about the situation instead of continuously having their associates speak for them? Why did they change their mind about the payout being returned? Why were we told one day that they need the pay out back for the insurance and then told another day that they are self insured? Nothing lines up with what they say and it is shady. They told us that this situation has never happened before, but i find it hard to believe that there is not some sort of protocol in place and they just handle things but the seat of their pants. The only upside to Hannoush is that the associates are always nice and respectful. Other than that shopping here could end up being a nightmare.

l cannot say enough wonderful things about Beth and the incredible staff at Hannoush Jewelers in Mid Rivers Mall. My husband worked with them to surprise me with the most stunning anniversary upgrade—a pear-shaped diamond that is absolutely breathtaking. From the craftsmanship to the presentation, everything was flawless.
Beth was exceptionally knowledgeable, supportive, and kind throughout the entire process. She made the experience feel personal and special, guiding my husband with professionalism and warmth. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about helping people celebrate life's most meaningful moments.
If you're looking for a jeweler who truly cares and delivers excellence, look no further. Hannoush made this milestone unforgettable, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
