WAY above and beyond service! I had a sentimental sport watch face that was my dads that needed a new band so I could give it to my son. My dad passed 13 years ago so exact band isn't made anymore. They found a band that would work, but it wasn't an easy install....I'm blown away at how much time they put into getting this watch put back together for me and my son-they knew how much it meant to me-didn't charge me very much for the time they put into it....staff is very nice! Would highly recommend Harris Jewelers!

Going to Harris Jewelers today was a very pleasant experience, as it always has been for me, because Kevin and Sara are friendly and helpful, and offer very reasonable prices on jewelry repairs and watch battery replacement. Those are the jobs I went in for today. With Sara's help, I also picked out a replacement chain for one of my necklaces. When I shop for new jewelry for myself of my family, I'll check out Harris Jewelers first, because I've learned that I can count on them for friendly service and reasonable prices, without sales pressure.

My new favorite jeweler!! I got this ring from Greece, took it in to have it reshaped. Other places scoffed and told me no it’ll just break because it’s cheap. I was met with nothing but smiles when I went here. Immediately said not a problem and in under 5 minutes my ring was absolutely perfect again. I later brought other jewelry in to have cleaned and to go over new settings. 10/10 would recommend. Can’t wait to see how my new settings turn out!

I haven’t been able to wear this ring in ages. It’s silver, so many places won’t size it for me. Harris jewelers did it without hesitation and it looks and fits great! Thank you!!

7 years ago we had a great experience getting my engagement ring at Harris. It’s been a great ring, and I’ve had great experiences with the cleanings over the years.6 days ago I went in to get it resized from a 6 to a 6.25 because it was just getting a little snug. The woman who helped me told me their demo sizes didn’t come in 1/4 sizes for me to try, but she tried a 6.5 on my finger just to give me an example. She couldn’t even get it over my knuckle, so suggested I get at least a 6.5. I went with her suggestion, and it was ready in 2 hours, which was awesome! I tried it on, and it seemed to be a little big, but it was cold so I figured it’d be fine normally. I tried it all week, but it was significantly too loose, so I went back to get the size I originally asked for. They were able to change it easily and quickly free of charge. Thanks, Harris!

Harris jewelers did an absolutely beautiful job on a ring that was very sentimental to me and I had lost a stone! They put all new stones in the setting which made it more sparkling and beautiful than it ever was! Like a brand new ring!! They are my go to jeweler from now on!!!

There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Kevin and Reyna at Harris Jewelers. From the moment we walked in the first time to just try on rings to find a size, all the way to the proposal itself - they have been nothing short of exceptional. They helped us build the ring from scratch to customize the most amazing ring for my bride to be. They took a vision we had and made it reality. As great as the ring is, the experience and quality of customer service from them was the most wonderful part! Whether it was simply a call to check in and update me on where the ring was at in the process, or even when I called to give them the good news - they treated us like family and not a transaction. It is without a doubt that I recommend everyone to go in and experience being treated like more than a customer and truly cared about!

Brought my ring in to be repaired and they chipped the stone and pretended like it was chipped when I brought it in. There was no chip before. They inspected the ring and it had no chip initially. Go to pick it up and they lied and said it was chipped when I brought it in. Do not go here! Unacceptable!
