Have been working to get a dishwasher since the middle of September and had nothing but issues with the process. On top of that they delivered 2 dishwashers that were apparently so damaged they didn't take them off the truck and process started overs. 2 days afternoons off work and just a simple "sorry yes is happens often". Next stop Lowes!!

Awful customer service at the returns and customer service from Sam. 1 person "helping" with a shitty attitude, took a call while supposed to be helping. Also when we asked for help we told her what we needed, she did part of it and exclaimed we never told her we needed help with the other thing we literally set in front of her. There was a man roving who ended up helping us great guy

Everyone of there water heaters is dented and broken and they want full price for garbage and customer return lady beyond rude.
10/26/24 new complaint.
I Proceeded to asktwo younger employees where to find something. I was told they can't get ahold of nobody. then I was also told use the app to find it it's not my job..

Bought an expensive and almost couldn't register it....when I called and asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on several times...I finally had to call the manufacturer who was more than happy to assist me and it took less than 5 min very happy with the manufacturers...extremely disappointed in home depot store 3022

Purchased all new cabinets for my kitchen. I had the best experience due to Donna "kitchen designer"! She was so patient and knowledgeable. We got to see the design on the computer as we put it together. She is thorough. I recommend Donna for anyone to have this done efficiently.

I have experienced the largest level of incompetent, unhelpful, non-customer service focused and frankly, a sense of exclusivity from the employees at this store. Never stepping foot in it nor any other Home Depot again-clearly their preference.

Ordered appliances in store and tried to take advantage of the free delivery.
I took the day off work to be home for the delivery. They said between 1:30 and 5:30pm (Wednesday). 5:30, no truck. I called and they said that they were delayed and they would have someone call me back. No call!
7:30, no truck. I get a message that the delivery was attempted. Absolutely not true. I call the service center again and am told that the system is glitching and that my rescheduled delivery for tomorrow (Thursday) but is also showing as attempted with failure.
There is nothing that they can do for me except ask me to call back in tomorrow and take another day off work to wait around for my appliances to be delivered.
I suggest skipping the hassle and taking your business to Lowe’s at this point.
Update:
2 days later (Friday), the truck showed up first thing in the morning....without any appliances. Apparently they forgot to put them on the truck. How does that happen? Delivery is now re-scheduled for Wednesday (1 week after initially promised).
