I highly recommend this office! I just had my tax returns prepared here, and I am extremely pleased; I have every confidence that my taxes were handled expertly. Char was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. She explained everything and was happy to answer my questions. I will definitely be returning next year.

Char was phenomenal. I came in with a difficult situation regarding last year's taxes and she helped me navigate all the difficult situations.She was friendly, thorough, professional, kind, and went above and beyond to help me- and in the end I'm getting a sizable refund I wasn't expecting.After a very negative previous experience with H&R Block, I will be working with Char and Jackson Hewitt exclusively from now on. I can't say enough positive things about my experience here.
