JCPenney used to be really nice and convenient, but it's much more disorganized since the pandemic. I want to buy a blouse yesterday, but there was only one register on the upper level and NO SALES ASSOCIATE, even though 4 people were in line ahead of me. I wound up leaving without the blouse.

Everything looked picked over and clearsnce seemed to be the star of the show. Not a good sign to walk into a store and see last seasons left overs front and center. Focus should be on new and exciting, not flea market

We was at the Jewelry section a nice young lady waited on us , she was so nice I returned a ring she's taking care of the ring bought a watch and three more watches and she was very patient with us I love JCPenney's at Mid Mall
