“WAY above and beyond service! I had a sentimental sport watch face that was my dads that needed a new band so I could give it to my son. My dad passed 13 years ago so exact band isn't made anymore. They found a band that would work, but it wasn't an easy install....I'm blown away at how much time they put into getting this watch put back together for me and my son-they knew how much it meant to me-didn't charge me very much for the time they put into it....staff is very nice! “I’ve had 2 amazing experiences with Sarah. The first one was in March. My daughter is an Irish dancer and, as you can imagine, March is a busy month of performances and parades ☘️. The seam on her shoulder came apart during a performance and we were in a panic because the first parade was in 2 days. Sarah put me in contact with her seamstress who said she could fix it the next morning. The seamstress fixed the dress and even gave me tips on how to clean her cape. Saved the St. Patrick’s Day season for us!! My second experience was more recent. I was attending the Irish Emerald Ball and I needed a dress. I extremely low self esteem, anxiety, and not girly at all. She picked out amazing dresses for me to try on and gave me her opinions on each. She didn’t rush me and was very patient until I found one I felt comfortable in. She even suggested modifications for the gown. I met her seamstress at Sarah’s shop so she could mark the alterations that were needed. A week later I had an amazing gown for the ball. I have never received so many compliments. I made sure to tell each person that I got the dress from Sarah at Brides by Design. ?”
“I had such an amazing experience with helzberg. So my story was I was looking for a last minute gift for my mom's b-day. I had a few options picked out but was scarce for cash. So I go onto the customer chat thing online to see if someone can help. This is were I met the best customer service representative ever, Rebecca. She was so understanding and helpful. She helped me find certain peices that would work for my price range and if I didnt like it should would help recommend another peice. Eventually she offered to call the store for me to help find the perfect peice. When I went to the store they had an older worker working and she gave her thoughts and really helped with trying to pick a peice for me. I decided to choose the peice shown below and oh boy did it blow her out of the water. If you want an overall amazing experience buying jewelry, go with helzberg, you won't regret it.”
