It's 3-24-25, 1:00pm. I called to speak to MGMT but no answer. Claudia is always rude to us! My paper was $3.50 and rang up $6.99. she was obviously angry to go price check but when she got back she SLAMMED my paper down and didn't say a word. This was after getting on me for removing the app from a closing store, and for asking for a price check. I almost walked out! I come here every 2 wks and she's always rude!!! Even if they weren't closing I'd NEVER shop anywhere she works!!

March 3 2025. I know they don't actually give a damn since they are shutting down. But not allowing people to get their fabric cut towards the end of the night is a load of crap.... I am very thankful another customer that had not had her fabric cut yet let me add myself on to hers so she can and we got separate tickets. Heads up that might be what you have to do
Dec 21 2024 the whole store is a wreck... And all of these lights that are flickering are giving me headaches... Why they have an electric chair a handicapped person could use there's no way you could get it down any of these aisles..
Jan 7 2023. Same as last time. It seems they think people dont crochet anymore. Most shelves were bare, or if they had stuff it was tumbled.
July 16 2021. Im not suprised.. really im not. There are alot of empty shelves and what is there is lacking prices

While they are back open to the public, they took out almost half of their handicapped parking for curbside pick-up...
They didn't have enough before.. now they really don't.
They have taken out their pattern table and chairs.. so not sure how one is to shop for patterns besides online

Check your receipts!! Signs are misleading, 40 % off on St. Patricks Day (in small print had exclusion I missed). 70% off sign by Christmas candles I got 20% off went back in with receipt and picture she gave me what I think is a total of 50% off on the candles. If this had been rung up correctly the total would have been 22.48.

Edit 02/11/25: their new disability scooter NEVER works! I started going to Ballwin because theirs is dependable. Now that the company is closing Ballwin, perhaps St. Peters will acquire a dependable DISABILITY SERVICES SCOOOTER??? No other chain has one.

It’s the 30% of their lights flickering for me. A line of 20 people waiting for fabric to get cut, and one poor girl cutting. One cashier for 17 people standing in line.

Be careful ordering online pick up!!!! I ordered some stuff last week, they didnt have 2/3rds of the stuff I ordered so they cancelled the unavailable items and charged me for the available items, HOWEVER its been a WEEK and they STILL have a hold on the money i paid towards the original order. I have been waiting for the money to go back on my account, it shouldn't take this long. This is ridiculous.

There are always flashing fluorescent lights in this store. I have left with a headache for the last time. I will shop somewhere else.

The store has gone so far downhill. There are a lot of things, yes, but everything is all over the place and it’s hard to find what is needed. My BIGGEST complaint is that multiple times now I have gone and the lights are ridiculous. They are constantly flickering and as someone who struggles with migraines and vertigo, I always feel like I am going to pass out when I go there. The employees either look miserable or don’t really have great attitudes either. I went to a MANAGER about the lights. You know what he said? He told me if I didn’t like it I can shop online. INSANE!

Maybe you should consider self-service fabric cutting. My fabric was cut so bad I had to buy more to finish the project. I have photos but can't see how to add them. When I went to buy additional fabric, I asked to have it evened up. I was told it was too busy.

We enjoy shopping at Joann Fabrics and Craft. They have a variety of fun items.
On this trip, we were looking for certain colors of ribbons, but many were still sold out. Hopefully, they will be able to restock the shelves sometime soon.

You just hv to strategically make purchases at Joann's. The prices are high but the sales and clearance sometimes yields good bargains.

I have always enjoyed going to Joann. This location is the closest one to me. They are understaffed yet manage to do an amazing job!!
