I was told by the initial inspection guy they would replace a cheap interior molding piece for me during my initial inspection. I asked if he could do this while they had it in the shop and he said sure, no problem. I let him know the dealer no longer makes it (my truck is a 2016) but I know where he could get it and he told me not to worry about it-they’d get it for me. I had no problem paying for it-as this is an insurance claim and I did not expect them to eat it-even if it is maybe a $20 molding. Since they’re a body shop and their already doing work on my truck I thought I’d ask if they could do it while it’s there. Again, the guy said sure, no problem. If he’d had said no, they could not, I would have had no problem with that. Then when I went to drop it off (30-45 days later and after I felt it’s too late to go somewhere else), the owner said she would not do that for me and started giving me the third degree on why I wouldn’t just do it myself since I know where to find the piece. I didn’t do it myself because I asked your guy if you would and he said yes. Once a company says it will do something-especially something so small-and then they go back on what they said-it shows me their level of integrity and I won’t be back. I’ll pick another carstar next time. The work they did changing my bumper was fine as I would expect it to be, however they changed 1 fog lamp and not the other so now they don’t match. It would have been nice if I’d had a call offering to change the other one at the same time while they had the bumper off for however much extra. I would have gladly paid them to do it at the same time. Seems they really drop the ball on customer care. That would have been an easy up sell and would have profited them as well for an easy add on.Measurement for bumper seems off too. Not a huge deal really-but things I’d likely never check for if they did the right thing. Carstar is supposed to be quality. Pics show difference in measurement-I’m not a body man and I can see the difference, why didn’t they? This was my second time at this location to repair my vehicle. I can expressed how much I appreciate the work they did to my vehicle. The staff is very helpful and know their's craft. Always making sure to give multiple updates on the process of the work. I have referred and told several close friends and they agree that they are a good and honest. My car looked amazing. Thank you Jungermann Carstar for being awesome group!

This place is incredible! I’ve had such good experiences (yes plural!) this year, working with their efficient and attentive team as they repaired my van so I couldn’t even see there was damage in the first place! From the coordination with insurance and rental car companies, to the text message updates— I’m so grateful for them and couldn’t recommend them more highly! A great place to go for all your car body repair needs ??

The insurance company told me this location was approved for them but Carstar refuses to do my repair as the repair is too small of a job for them. Carstar told me to cash out and take the money but I wanted my car repaired. Then they took payment from my insurance company before I even scheduled my car for repair. I would not trust them.

Not pleased, the process to get my car in and back was a hassle, it seemed every time I got a call I had to pay more or the time my car would be there was extended. I got my car back with damage to the left bumper which isn't the side that needed to be worked on, when It came down time to do my survey which I was dissastified and stated in my response I got a call back from the front desk telling me it would've been a better idea if I brought my car back in to get fixed before I left a bad review, I called their business unprofessional and they responded with a phone call saying I had issues with myself I needed to work out and they hoped that when I make a mistake I get bashed for it. The difference between me and them is I don't let my mistakes leave the lot. They're mad I called them unprofessional then called me and basically went off on me so I guess point proven.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you have met Kerry, you've gotten either his "OK" side or you've had him come unhinged at you. The first time I brought my truck to his shop, I found that his mechanic left me with 3 broken pieces of plastic, as well as a missing bolt when the truck was returned to me. When they went to rectify the situation they damaged the finish on my truck. I will not be returning to this Carstar after my experience trying to rectify the situation with Kerry. I never gave them permission to wash my truck, and they haven't returned my calls or emails about paying for a detailer to restore what they damaged.

Jungermann Carstar has employees that are willing and ready to help. I felt put at ease when I would contact them about the status of my car repairs. They also texted updates as they were available. They handled communication with enterprise for my car rental while my car was being repaired. The only complaint I have is that it took about 3 weeks to get my car back.

I'm very impressed with the customer service & friendly staff. This company stands behind their work & is dedicated to make sure all issues are repaired correctly. Definitely a good place to go to help make a rough situation(car accident) much better :)-Satisfied & Happy Customer.

This repair was scheduled 3 weeks out and was a 4 hour repair. It actually took 5 days with zero communication why. My insurance company recommended them so be careful with that. The work performed was fine. It was a taillight and bumper.Service: Auto body & trim repair

My insurance sent us here for an estimate. It was not the correct place that we requested but the estimate was given and we waited a month to get it in to be fixed. The day we were dropping it off, I told my daughter there's no wonder no one knew what I was talking about, the estimate came from them and not from the location I had thought my daughter took it too. So while I was speaking to my adult daughter about it not being the correct place, the front desk lady immediately said "you can take it somewhere else" in a snooty tone. I asked to look at the repair sheet because I wanted to see if the front windshield was getting replaced. While I was reading it out loud to my daughter, the front desk lady tried to snatch it out of my hands, which I stopped her. She got up, told the other front desk lady she wasn't going to deal with me, and walked into an office. The other front desk lady said it probably be best to take my vehicle to the other place, since I'm not happy. I said I wasn't unhappy, but interrupting my conversation with my daughter and trying to snatch paperwork out of my hands is apparently upsetting the other front desk lady. The owner, Toni Donius asked me to step outside. She said apparently things got heated up inside. And the front desk ladies don't want me to not be satisfied and give a bad review. I had no intention in given a bad review, I just wanted to check in my vehicle and make sure everything was listed in the estimate. My vehicle sat there from Wednesday till the following Monday to find out they decided to refuse to do service on it. They blamed the insurance, saying insurance told them not to do it, but I've had my insurance for 25 years, and my adjuster said she would of never say that. So my vehicle has been just sitting on their lot. Toni Donius has texted me personally on Wednesday & Thursday and not once said they were refusing to do the work. Today after we found out, Toni texted me to find out what time I would be there to pick up my vehicle. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was not impressed at all with the woman who took the estimate for my issue. Not only was she not dressed very professional for seeing every customer that walks through the door she also said very little and had a stand offish demeanor, she also spoke with the insurance company and made claims that she had no way to honestly know what she was talking about. We never spoke more than 5 words to each other. The work done was great. Car was spotless, so if you want great work done it may be the place, but don't expect much from the front office. Didn't get walked around the car when I picked it up and the one who took my keys said nothing to me when I picked it up. If it wasn't for the other employee handing me the keys with a smile, I probably would have given a 1, based off customer service alone (I have over 20yrs cust. Service experience) I normally only leave great reviews if I'm going to leave anything but they insisted on me leaving a review so unfortunately here it is

The communication and customer service was amazing and we were treated well. Sadly the estimated time to pick up was not accomplished because service wasn’t done with care and the painting job did not turn out well, with the paint that suppose to be white looking yellow/green ish, made my car be hold in the shop for 9 days instead of 3-4 as expected.Customer service 10/10Service : 8.5/10
