Checked online prior to going to store and their website says they price match competitors. Went and got my items and went to the cash register. The lady at the register said they do not price match on anything. Left items there and left. Maybe they need to update their website to reflect real store policy. Never been here before, will never go back..... In response to their response. Well, that is very confusing because that is what it says to do on-line. Before I could pull competitors add from my pocket, the cashier told me you guys do not price match no matter what. When I told her ok, I guess i would go down the street and buy it she said ok. So that's what I did. Maybe you should train your employees' store policy or update store policy prior to customers coming and expecting different results.

When I've shopped here in the past it was normally pleasant. Unfortunately, yesterday my experience was less than satisfying. There was one associate in particular, she was tall, dark hair, glasses probably around average build, she kept following me. Every time I turned she was right there, it seemed as though she was following me because she may have thought I was stealing. Nonetheless, she made me more than, uncomfortable & definitely made me want to never shop there again. I don't know of they've been having issues lately with shoplifting, even so, I don't even look the part. I hope the associate doesn't plan on being a secret shopper or part of any law enforcement because she was far from discreet & couldn't have been more wrong about her profiling.

Had to return my amazon packages literally the same item but two different spots 30 minutes away from each other... Lol. Didn't even get my refund. Literally just got STORE CREDIT THEY DIDN'T EVEN LET ME HAVE FOR LONG at all.

Kohl’s needs to bring back the price check stations. I had to take time out to go up to a self register to scan the item to even find the price and check if it was on sale. Since you’ve taken that option away from us, we don’t even know if those items are on sale and if there’s coupons available for the item. I put the item back on the shelf and I left the store empty-handed.
