Kay at Lab Corp was angel in disguise during my visit. I had just come from an appointment & was feeling pretty emotional. I also had my baby with me. She was very kind & helpful when she realized there was no order sent. She took the lead, helped me call the doctors office, & was so kind to my baby who was getting fussy. She was so generous & caring, helping me & my baby while we waited on the phone & for the order to be sent. She had such good patient care, chatting with me about all mom things. I’m so thankful for her care today. She didn’t know the mood that I came in with but greeted me with such kindness, going above & beyond for me! Thank you, Kay! I will be telling others about the kindness & love I experienced today.

The way that office is managed (in St. Peter’s, MO) is deplorable! I arrived at 3:38 (hours stated online as being open until 4:30), I followed the digital check in process, which said to wait wherever you’d like and they would text when it was your turn. I received the initial welcome text then I went in my car to wait. I waited patiently until 4:20 and NEVER received a text that it was my turn. At 4:20 another car pulled up and went to the door but it was locked- 10 minutes early! I went and checked and yes, the door was locked and all the lights were off! This is unacceptable and unprofessional!!! That blood test was time sensitive! I will never use this facility again.

I came to this location with my lab papers and gave it to the employee. They were supposed to run 4 tests and only ran one! Then on top of that they sent the results to the wrong doctors. They did not send it to the doctor that ordered the tests (this was all in the tests papers I gave them) instead they sent it to two of my OTHER doctors and the doctor who needs the test results does not have it. Worst experience of my life

Lady refused to help when checking in. Not a professional place by all means. Yells across the building to ask what you need.

I went to the St. Peters location for the first time to get blood drawn and it was SO much better than the Hwy K location! Check-in was easy, I got in and out very quickly, and the girl who drew my blood was friendly and courteous. I got my results the same day, too, which was a first!

Filthy! This lab is really dirty, I mean really dirty! Will be looking for another lab. Also, the phlebotomist was good but really rude.

I was at this location this morning and it was filthy. I was there several months ago and remember thinking then that it was dirty. But today it was just disgusting. I had to do a urine sample and i didn’t want to touch anything much less wash my hands. There wasn’t even soap to wash my hands with and same for the last time I was there. There was a fuzzy dust/dirt ring around the faucet on the sink, splatters on the walls and It was 730am and the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in who knows how long.
The tech I had today was pleasant but she applied zero pressure to my puncture site when she was done and some other things I noticed she didn’t do correctly.
Not sure how else I can get someone’s attention to the lack of cleanliness of this facility but I hope someone sees this.

Been a patron for over three years and have never had an issue. The staff has been quick, thorough and extremely competent. Always a comfortable experience.

No point in booking an appointment. You’ll sit over an hour and they’ll take walk ins before your appointment. The staff does not care how long you’ve been waiting.

I went In yesterday to get blood drawn. Fasted drank lots of water and everything. I got stuck 3 times by this lady and she didn't get the blood. My arms are now bruised and she definitely went through my veins. Never coming back to this location.
Update:
So my dumb self went back because it is the closest location. I was hoping the last time was a fluke. No.. their standard of car is out the window. While discussing my concerns from my last visit with the lady who was going to draw my blood another employee inserted herself into the conversation asking the other employee if SHE was okay. Then aggressively started telling me I need to trust them. At one point got even more attitude and said "WHAT do you want to do it?" The treatment was out of line. Multiple times I asked why she was being aggressive while I was starting to cry. I got emotional over it multiple times since and now I can't get any one of authority on the phone to file a complaint. Considering more action if they don't reach out.

I had a fantastic experience at this LabCorp location. Everyone was incredibly kind and the gentleman who did my blood work was fast, efficient, and incredibly kind. I made an appointment online and checked in via my phone. I waited in my car until a little before my appointment when I received my text. I maybe sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes before my name was called, but the entire process afterwards was less than 10 minutes.

Staff was GR8!! I've been there several times and they r very nice. Will NOT go 2 the "other" lab ever again.
