It's a very nice organized store. The prices of the clothing though are very high. Mind you though, I'm not the person to get expensive clothing or accessories. The employees seem very nice.

The ladies here are absolutely wonderful they were very patient and knowledgeable despite dealing with frustrating register issues they remained friendly and accommodating.

I love loft! Great quality clothes that are always so cute. I’ve had awesome experiences with Kelly at the Mid Rivers location. She is an absolute angel. She truly went above and beyond to take care of my sister and I while shopping yesterday. She’s an asset to this store!! I hope she gets the proper recognition for her efforts:)
