Recently we purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid from the Lou Fusz dealership in O'Fallon, MO.
We started our research with Consumer Reports and immediately noted the high... highest.... ratings of the Forester Hybrid.
Having said that, we did our due diligence and drove several different makes and models before we decided that we preferred the Forester Hybrid for a variety of reasons. In addition to the AWD, fuel economy, reliability and safety features, the experience of the panoramic view of the outside sold us. The view is incredible.
Fortunately, we are Costco members and are able to make use of the Costco Auto Program (highly recommend!!). Our Costco authorized sales rep at Lou Fusz, Christopher Smith, was great in helping us every step of the way. He's well versed in all of the facets of the process and answered all of our questions. He's fully committed to the brand and, I believe, an advocate of the consumer. Thanks, Chris!

Best car buying experience ever! We live in the city and visited at least 7 dealerships and came back to O’Fallon especially for Christopher! He was super helpful and patient with my 1000 questions, was able to give me the best price out there. The whole tam was great our puppy got a toy Subaru as well! Can’t recommend them enough!

This Subaru dealership has been wonderful. It’s clean, there is space to wait outside by a little lake, there’s a dog park (if you have a dog) and they leave my car clean each time I leave.

Holy poopballs batman. I made the 36k appointment from my car late Monday afternoon for early Tuesday morning (next day). They got me in and did my brake fluid swap, full oil change, and rotated my wheels in under an hour. All the guys here are solid and seem to care about people. They don't pressure you into services you don't need.

Bought an Outback from this location and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Worked with Bryan Belanger who greeted me as soon as I walked in. Super knowledgeable on all the makes and models. Helped me make a choice that checked all my boxes and was in my price range. Also super efficient. From walking in to driving away in my new car was about four hours.
