I purchased a new 2023 Subaru Ascent a month ago & it was one of the best dealer experiences I've ever had. We were greeted by a friendly young man named DeAndre Cannon. He showed us several vehicles. The Ascent caught my eye, but DeAndre solifldified my decision to make the purchase. He explained all of the features from the mirrors to the high-tech safety systems to the gas mileage. His knowledge of these vehicles far exceeded my expectations. I've dealt with a lot of different salespeople in my time who are only interested in making the sale, but DeAndre made sure that we were comfortable and that we knew that he was there for us. He answered all of our questions and let us know that we can even reach out at a later time with other questions if need be. I took several of his cards and would definitely recommend any potential Subaru customers to go and see him. He made my transition to the Subaru family a phenomenal experience! What a Rockstar!!Also, shout out to Landon for reaching out a month later to check on us and make sure we're still comfortable with the vehicle and answer any questions!You guys are the absolute best!!

We are new to the area. Our Subaru needed an oil change. When we arrived, we were told they were down two technicians and it would be at least an hour and a half wait. And the wait area was full. They didn't ask about anything else. They only did the oil change because that is all that we asked for. My car is 1.5 years old. It was due for tire rotation. My husband didn't ask so it was partly our fault. Then, my husband just got an email saying we/the customer refused an air or oil filter. We were never asked.

I can’t say enough good things about my interactions here at Lou Fusz Subaru when purchasing my new 2023 WRX. This is my 3rd new car that I’ve purchased in my life (and 8th over all) and I can firmly say that it was the smoothest and most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Christopher Smith, my sales specialist, was professional throughout the entire process. There were no hassles with the test drive, negotiations, and financings at all. My entire time at the dealership for the purchasing process from start to finish was handled in 2 hours, which was incredible. There were absolutely no dealer manipulations that I have had to deal with in the past. I would definitely send friends and family here if they were in the market for a Subaru without hesitation! I received an email from Lou Fusz saying my car was due for service. I fill need the link was told the 18,000 mile service was 141.27 scheduled the service, took a day off work to take the car in, and arrived for my appointment. I was then told even though I was quoted a price that it would be more than 350 to have the service done. I showed the guy the email and the price and all he said was that's wrong. I was then told he would look for a discount for me. I came back to pick my car up and was charged over 330 dollars. I told him I wasn't happy about it but didn't have much of a choice so I paid it and left. It wasn't till I filled out a bad review that the manager decided I should be talked to. Turns out he was aware this was going on but thought that his discount that still more than doubled my quote would make me happy. This is the second problem I've had with Lou Fusz and the second time my problem was ignored till I filed a bad review online. They did in the end decide to refund my money but this should have been handled when I was at the dealership. Seems to be a trend with them that it takes a bad review to get their attention or at least a response. I will never choose Fusz again.

I have previously purchased 2 Subaru cars, both cash purchases for Limited edition vehicles in 2018/2019 and had a great experience in both transactions. If not for those positive experiences this review would be 0/5 stars.I decided to trade in my 2019 Subaru Forester and attempted to purchase a new vehicle from Lou Fusz a few weeks ago. Immediacy they sounded very excited and assured me that I could make an appointment to trade/purchase my easily. I had a specific request and they agreed that they could make a deal based on the details I provided. When I got there the salesperson Chuck was unprepared and somewhat rude. I intended to purchase a car and instead I sat at his desk while the sales manager worked on the numbers for an hour. When they finally did get the offer I was eager to complete the deal but unfortunately the car I wanted was in the showroom and I was only invited to press buttons while the salesperson attended to other customers. Finally I left and contacted the sales manager directly the next day. I was assured I could actually drive the car and they would make the deal happen with another appointment. When I returned they were reworking the initial offer and couldn’t make a reasonable deal again. After numerous text/email exchanges they apparently had rescinded their original offer and now the car was 10k more expensive (which was significantly higher than sticker) . I tried several times to purchase a car from Lou Fusz over a 10 day span and eventually moved on.In the end I’m super glad they failed math class and couldn’t get the numbers straight…Based on a referral I went to Bommarito Nissan and got a super nice car and an amazing deal! It only took the salesperson 2 hours to sell me a car and he was really knowledgeable and fun to work with. . I love this fully loaded Nissan Rouge they gave me, it’s a way better vehicle than my Limited Forester and I’m a Nissan driver now.Anyone looking for a car in STL…..don’t wait for these dealers that choose to limit their inventory. You’ll have a way better buyer experience going with a new car dealership that actually keepsake inventory on the lot. Don’t accept that “take it or leave it” attitude that dealers like Lou Fusz choose to exude.

Purchased our Subaru and Extended warranty from Ed Napelton. Ran into an issue with the car starting, Ed Napelton kept my car for two weeks did absolutely nothing and we had to call to check on it. Fast forward to taking our car to Lou Fusz Subaru and Dave in the service department was a dream to work with!! Absolutely the best customer service, top knotch care and updates and they ACTUALLY SERVICE YOUR CAR! Greatest experience, highly recommend Dave and Lou Fusz Subaru!!

Dylan, Bryan and the entire service department went above and beyond to assist us when our A/C went out while driving from Nebraska to Mississippi. They were knowledgeable, provided details at each step of the process, and were transparent about cost. Highly recommend!!

Battery went out in my subaru. I tried calling the dealer I purchased the car from (sunset hills subaru) 3x and was ignored. Called this dealership and they were super helpful, got my car in and repaired quickly. Great communication, super friendly service, wish I bought my car from them instead. Will be back for all my service needs :)

Great Subaru dealer. They dont just drop you after you buy, their prime customer service continues with class on how to use all the gadgets, free car rental while they service your vehicle. Salesmen are all knowledgeable and do not hound you if you give them your name & number. We will buy from them again.

My husband and I recently had our car totaled in a hit and run. The standard safety features and standard AWD sold us on the vehicle, but Lou Fusz sold us on the brand. This was the best dealership experience we have ever had. During the entire process we never once felt pressured into any decisions. Christopher Smith #SubaruSmith made the process quick, easy, and painless! From the test drive to the finance office the entire experience was great, and I cannot recommend Lou Fusz Subaru enough!

My experience wasn’t exactly terrible but definitely didn’t have an excited feeling to want to get a vehicle from here. Worked with Steve to look at a Ford Escape that he did not know much about which is understandable. But at the same time if your selling a product you should know a little bit of information about what your selling. Interior lights stayed on and would not turn off in vehicle, saying trunk was open even though it was closed, car made a ticking sound and the back up camera didn’t even work. He made it sound like they were all easy fixes and kinda had an attitude. But I’m not looking to repair a vehicle that should’ve already had this stuff fixed before it hit the lot. Also I wasn’t offered to look at any other car options that they may have. No wonder service seems slow as their were no other customers.

Love my new Subaru and Christopher Smith was a great salesperson. He was organized and thorough. It’s great to have a mature experienced person to deal with. He wasn’t pushy or slick like a “car salesman”. He was helpful and instructional. He drives a Subaru and knew how to navigate the Outback’s computer very easily. I loved that he types on his own computer using proper keyboard finger placement instead of hunting and pecking like I do. LOL.
