I tend to stick to Home Depot for most things, but they don't carry EGO outdoor power tools or Char-Broil grills, so I heard to Lowe's for that. Usually this one. Never had any problems here.

I recently purchased a washer from Lowes, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within the first two weeks of using the appliance, it broke down completely, leaving me in a frustrating predicament. Naturally, I reached out to Lowes for assistance, hoping for a resolution to this unfortunate situation. However, what followed was an excruciating series of disappointments and unhelpful encounters that left me thoroughly dissatisfied. From the moment I contacted Lowes, it became apparent that their customer service was severely lacking. Instead of being greeted with empathy and a genuine desire to help, I was met with the frustrating runaround. Every time I called, I was transferred from one representative to another, each passing the buck and shifting responsibility without taking any concrete action. It was a never-ending cycle of frustration and wasted time. To make matters worse, when I finally managed to escalate my concerns to the management team at Lowes, their attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging their responsibility for selling a faulty product or offering any sort of resolution, they seemed more interested in brushing me off and protecting their own interests. It was clear that customer satisfaction was far from their priorities. What should have been a simple and straightforward process of addressing a broken appliance turned into a distressing ordeal. It's disheartening to see a company like Lowes, which prides itself on providing quality products and service, fail so miserably in the face of a customer in need. Their lack of accountability, empathy, and willingness to rectify the situation has left me deeply disappointed and regretful of choosing Lowes as my preferred retailer. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing appliances from Lowes to think twice. The stress, frustration, and lack of support that I experienced are indicative of a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. There are plenty of other retailers out there that value their customers and take pride in providing reliable products and responsive customer service. Save yourself the headache and avoid Lowes at all costs.

They are really short staffed but everyone is sadly! The lines are really long they were three people in front of me and it took me about 30 minutes to get checked out. However that is not the stores fault and they are doing the best that they can it's just hard to find people in the store to help you but again it's not the stores fault. Everyone I countered was still super friendly. There was a manager named Kate running around between customer service and check out and I felt really bad for her because she was trying to help everyone. The store is very clean and everything is well stocked they are doing a great job and customer service but their staff is not lacking highly recommend this location

NOT TAKING PRECAUTIONS TO KEEP US SAFE!! Because of Covid concerns, I ordered and paid on line. I was alerted that my order was ready so I drove to get it. I wanted to do curbside pick up, but there were no directions and I couldn't find the designated spot(s). Against my better judgement, I went inside. The pick-up window is small and positioned next to the very crowded return window(s) The staff member getting my order was new and was having difficulties figuring out the system. I waited 15 minutes for him to figure everything out. No one offered him assistance. While I was waiting, several people came to return items. Instead of taking them to the lady window to space us out, the staff member insisted on using the register/window next to the pick up window -- maybe 2-3 feet apart! When the new employee finally figured it out my order, he told me I had to sign a receipt. The only pens I could find were the ones connected to a chain. No effort to sanitize them at all. I reluctantly signed the receipt and looked for hand sanitizer. There was NONE!! I spotted some on a shelf in the back (obviously for the staff). I asked the gentleman if he knew if there was any for customer use. He said he wasn't sure but then saw the bottle behind him and allowed me to use. It before putting it back behind him. I couldn't believe it!! No hand sanitizer for costumers! Unbelievable!! As this we going on, an employee was coming into the very crowded space to clock in. She joked around with the other employees and made physical contact with one. She had a mask on, but it was under nose. She clocked in and went off to her assigned section. I will say almost all customers and employees had masks except for one woman who wore a face shield (with no mask underneath!!) to make it worse, it only covered down to below the nose. Her mouth was not covered. She was moving about and laughing and talking to everyone. I point this out because I was appalled by the lack of caution Lowe's was taking. Covid cases are continuing to rise in St. Charles County and I believe that management of this store is being Lackadaisical and putting their customers and employees at risk. I will not return until and unless I see some change. Very disappointed!

Updated my kitchen, they helped with customizing my cabinets and they are fabulous! They did the plan right there on the computer & helped me make the most of my space, no dead space! Also got the quartz countertop and all I had to do was pick the material, Lowe's did the rest. The guy who measured made mock-ups so I could be sure to love it and then the install on the actual stone was perfect! Everything including the kitchen sink was easy and fun to plan and see come together. Way to go, Lowe's!

Just got a new dryer delivered today, install was sloppy, dryer vent was not trimmed to fit the space. This presents a safety hazard. Also several pieces of trash were left in my front yard.

Lowe's is a great home store to shop at. The personnel are always friendly and very knowledgeable. The store has a great variety of items, popular brands and good prices.

Just wanted to sayThanks to the sweet lady at the customer service desk that helped me with my purchase of one of they're trailers out front. She was nice, very helpful, and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get me taken care of quickly. Thank you so much!

Went to Lowe's to buy carpeting for my house. Nobody was in the area. Pressed the button to get an employee. Announcement was repeated several times. Two employees came to the flooring register, pressed some buttons and walked away, without a word. We're heading to home depot now. I hope they have employees willing to help us!

Over the years, we've supported and loved Lowes. Still do, but I was approached by an employee yesterday while looking for a new microwave. Instead of asking if he could show me something, his first and only question to me was: "Are you planning to install this yourself?" I said, that's not the plan. He said: " Well, just so you know, it's $125.00 installation fee." I didn't look any further. I thought, wow, that was the WORST sales tactic ever.

Well, I won't do that again. This is the closest Lowe's store to my house but they aren't the best. I'd rather go to Wentzville or Lake St. Louis. For big purchases I've always gone here because I like Lowes and I don't want to have to haul big items a long distance. I bought my riding lawnmower here last year and I tried to buy a dishwasher here but it was a failed trip. After shopping around we went to Lowe's to get a dishwasher we had liked. When we got there we noticed another model that was much better for much cheaper. We talked to one of the guys and he asked what color we wanted. We did the order and we assumed we were going to pay the price on the sign as we weren't told any different. We took our order up to the register as you don't pay in appliances. After waiting in line I gave her my name to pull up the invoice and was told it was $49 higher than I was expecting. She called back and was told that the model I wanted wasn't the one that was on sale as I had changed colors. Huh? The sign didn't say anything about there being a price difference and my salesman sure didn't tell me anything would be different. I told her to cancel my order and I would back to work it out. When I got back to appliances the guy who sold it to me was gone (how convenient) but some tall gray haired guy was going to "help" me. I'm 40 and the guy talked to me like I was 10. I was clearly angry and this guy poured on the gas treating me line an idiot. I told him that no one told me there was a difference in price, and I didn't find out till I got to the register. "The price on the sign is only good on the model you are looking at" was what he told me. Why not list the different prices for the different colors on the sign? I've seen Home Depot do it, Menards does it too. I told him to cancel my order and I walked away.....then I thought, it won't hurt to ask...so I asked him, "will you honor the price on the sign?" He said, "the price is the price" and did one of those facial reactions/noises that you make when someone just asked you something insane. So I walked out. Out of the store. Never going back to that Lowe's. I went straight to Menards and I paid the $49 extra that I hadn't expected to pay. Menards lists the price on their signs and I knew what to expect at the register and they treated me well. Had I known the price was higher at Lowes at the time I was ordering I would probably still have bough the dishwasher on the spot. But, letting me find out it was higher at the register from a cashier who didn't have anything to do with the interaction is silly. PS: If the tall gray haired guy talks to all people like he talked to me I will not be the only customer you lose.

Went in on on 1/7/17 and they were very busy as expected but we encountered 2 different levels of service. We were trying to get a price on a piece of trim that had no label in the cabinet section and after pushing the help button, the woman who came was very rude and told us she was busy and we could come and wait if we wanted. Had we not encountered Braden from flooring, we would have left and never done business with this Lowe's again. Braden was persistent to get the answer even though he was not familiar with the area but he not only made the customer happy, he did it happily and was genuinely nice and showed concern for us as customers. I wish I could give a 5 but the lady working the cabinet section blew it. Kudos and thank you Braden!

WOW, Lowes.com and the stores are completely disconnected. I have had better service with Charter Comms. Tried to buy a washer and dryer all day, no store seems to have what the website states 3-4 at each location. Store did nothing but cancel the order offered no assistance. What a joke, smells like a bait and switch scheme. Great Job Lowes, you have Charter/Cox Comms Level customer service

Spent 2 hours shopping here and had several employees ask if I needed help with anything. Bought landscaping stones and equipment to build a fire pit. As we were pushing the heavy flat-bed cart full of landscaping stones to the checkout, an employee offered to push the cart (it was a struggle because it was so heavy) and then he said to bring our vehicle to the gate and he would load it for us. He and another employee loaded it into our vehicles And were very nice while doing so. We tried to give them a cash tip but they said appreciated the offer but aren't allowed to accept tips. We were impressed to get this level of service from a big-box store. We will definitely continue to patronize this store.

We have purchased every major appliance we own at this store over the years. They have always had the best price and are willing to negotiate on items that are on the scratch and dent isle. We have been pleased with most of the customer service provided in the individual departments have found them to be very knowledgeable. The service desk is a train wreck. They are just rude. I just got off the phone with one of them to arrange delivery for a new dishwasher and she acted as though answering my questions was a chore. She had just called us to arrange delivery today and when I called back it wasn't possible until next week. Whatever... I will just pick it up. Yes we will continue to shop here because we find them to be 10-20% less than any other store on appliances. For the most part this is a great store but be prepared for a shock if you have to return something or deal with the service desk.
