Got what I needed after going back twice. Sad to say but walmart curbside pickup puts lowes to shame. If you're handicap DO NOT use this location for curbside pickup as they will not bring your order to your car.They tried to sell me a product as new that was clearly used and returned. After getting a real new unit I realized they sold me a unit that didn't even have all the parts.

I went in the store in the afternoon and wanted a quote for a water heater installed pricing. I know the workers should have a cheat sheet that their plumbing company will charge so he took my info so they can call me about a quote that's a weird way of trying to find out cost of people project so about 7 pm they finally call what was they doing from afternoon to evening just for a quote and he was so uptight about why I needed it to be replaced and then he was trying to schedule some one to show up I told them I need a quote like 6 hours ago. So lowes quit using cut throat contractors.

What a terrible experience. Ordered fencing to be delivered on Wednesday. Tuesday, part of the order gets canceled. Wednesday afternoon I get a call to see if they can push my delivery to Thursday morning. I say ok since I don’t need the material until Friday. Thursday late afternoon get another call to tell me 270 is backed up can they deliver Friday morning. I said if you can guarantee that I’m your first drop off it’s fine. The lady says we can’t guarantee that and I won’t make you wait another day, I’ll make sure it gets delivered today. Thursday evening still no order. Check the website it says delivered. Call the store and they tell me my order has been delayed to Friday. I have a crew scheduled to start Friday afternoon and no materials for them to work with yet.

This store is horrible, I bought a backpack blower that worked one time and attempted to return it. They wouldn’t accept the return, even though it was in the box with the receipt and looked brand new. I then went to a service center to have it serviced because it was still under warranty and the part has been back ordered for nine months. I posted a bad review to which Lowes responded, contact this number so we can resolve this issue. So I contacted the number and the rep hung up on me. So I called back and they said there’s nothing that they can do about it. So with fall coming, my $400 blower is sitting in a box in my garage. I would never buy from this store again, nor would I buy another Husqvarna product. If I could give them a -10 star rating I would.

I needed 22 badly warped, twisted and split 2x4s filled with gaping knot holes and they had exactly what I was looking for. I didn't even have to dig through the stack as all the most extremely twisted boards were right there on top of the stack!

If i could leave 0 stars i would. My friends grandmother bought a fridge here and paid extra for the 4 year warranty. She hasnt even had the fridge a year and it has gone out twice. The first time it went out it took them 3 months to fix, and now its gone out again and she asked them to come and fix it and they refuse. They are saying if she wants a fridge she'll have to buy a whole new one. This is an absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer and now this poor woman has to go without a fridge due to Lowes refusing to take responsibility for their own faulty equipment. Myself and everyone i know will not be buying from here anymore.

The store in O'Fallon sold me a used step ladder. I used the curbside service. When I got home, I noticed it right away and called the store to tell them. I returned it to the store in Wentzville. I refuse to go back to the store in O'Fallon.

I tend to stick to Home Depot for most things, but they don't carry EGO outdoor power tools or Char-Broil grills, so I heard to Lowe's for that. Usually this one. Never had any problems here.

This whole experience has been a double edged sword. While the whole tech/ordering/computer side of the visit was an absolute fiasco, Bob, the guy helping us out, was awesome. Despite numerous issues with the tech side of our transaction, he endlessly worked to ensure everything turned out as smooth as possible. Numerous phone calls, multiple false starts, and Bob kept working to make it happen. Absolute 5 star employee on what could have been a much less satisfying visit.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had with Lowe's regarding the installation of 11 new Pella E glass windows for the front of my home.Firstly, it took an astonishing 3 months for the installers to schedule the installation, which is completely unacceptable. My wife has MS, and I travel frequently, so proper planning and timing were crucial for us. We were planning on doing the rear of our 20-year-old home as well, but after this experience, we are seriously reconsidering it.One of the major issues I encountered was the delivery of the 1" x 8" trim boards that Lowe's supplied for the windows. I requested these boards one month in advance and stressed the importance of having them painted with multiple coats before installation. However, they arrived just one day before the installation, causing significant inconvenience for me and disrupting my schedule.Furthermore, the install team arrived to find that the Lowe's representative who measured the existing windows made a mistake, resulting in the windows being 1" short on height. While the install team managed to find a workaround, it significantly delayed the installation process. Originally scheduled for two days, it took them over 1 1/2 days to install just three windows. Now, I am faced with waiting over a month to have the remaining eight windows installed. This delay is entirely unnecessary and reflects poorly on Lowe's and Summit, the installation company.I strongly believe that Lowe's should prioritize completing ongoing projects before moving on to the next ones. It's illogical to leave a job incomplete while customers like me are left waiting for weeks to have our windows properly installed.I attempted to voice my concerns by reaching out to Nick, the store manager at the Lowe's store. However, despite taking a message and promising a callback within 10 minutes, I never received a return call. This lack of communication is disappointing but unfortunately not surprising given my overall experience.Additionally, two of the three windows installed had moisture between the glass panes the morning after the installation. This is extremely concerning, as I chose Pella due to their reputation for quality products. However, this experience has soured my 30-year customer relationship with Lowe's.I must commend the installation team for their professionalism and knowledge during this ordeal. However, the ongoing issues and lack of accountability from Lowe's and Summit have overshadowed their efforts.In summary, my experience with Lowe's and Summit has been nothing short of incompetent and frustrating. I expected a smooth and efficient window installation process, especially with a reputable brand like Pella, but what I received was the complete opposite.I strongly urge Lowe's to reconsider its approach to project scheduling, communication, and customer service. As it stands, this experience has left me disillusioned and regretful of my decision to choose Lowe's for this project.

Have the sale price marked on the shelf telling us it was different with multiple points of evidence will no longer be shopping with them the guys name was mark and the sales associate was very rude can't rember her name.
