Costumer service has really taken a nose dive at this place. I use to shop here for all my appliances and computer needs. No more. I have carpel tunnel in my hands and I need a mouse that is economical and budget friendly. I found one that would work but they would not let me try it. I had to purchase it first. But they were knifing bought it opened it in store and then retuned if I did not like it. What sense does that make? So put all of my purchases down and left.

Terrible Customer Service. On Jan 9, there was a Geek Squad Technician driving very erratically, unsafe and dangerously on westbound I-70 in St. Charles County. The driver was speeding, tailgating and swerving between lanes without using their blinker.I stopped by the my local Best Buy at Mid-River Mall to speak to a manager about this unsafe driver and obtain the license plate and truck number of the Geek Squad vehicle. When I was entering the location the driving drove very close to me and rolled down his window and said "What's your "F**KING PROBLEM!"? I continue into the location and spoke with Jeff and Jackie. I was told I would be called by a member of Best Buy management with a few hours. No one called me that day so I called the "LOCAL" Best Buys phone number and got a impersonal call center in the "COUNTRY OF INDIA". They were very rude and said all they could do was email the LOCAL store and ask them to call me. I was called by a very rude manager named SHANNON who stated that the problem would be resolved and I would be contacted within the day. This problem has yet to be resolved. I contacted Corporate Best Buys Customer Service (INDIA) and they actually transferred me to their Employee Human Resource Department. It's amazing that all I'm trying to do is let Best Buy know that they have a members of their staff that are being very rude and vulgar to customers so they can reprimand and correct these action so no other customer have to become victims of these attacks. But I guess Best Buy just want to fall into that CHASM OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and lose all mine and my families' business.

The younger female working this station was very aggressive and unpleasant. We inquired about buying an Xbox lovesac they said we couldn't buy it alone, which was fine. However, the women went on about how awful the design is, how ugly it is and she can't wait to take it off. Then went on about how Xbox sucks and she's all for PlayStation. She stated the reason she hasn't sold anything is because of the Xbox cover on the lovesac. I mean was just belittling Xbox in every way possible. Definitely deterred me from purchasing one entirely.

I went to the mid-rivers Best Buy Avery kind and knowledgeable person named Jackie took care of me. She is a treasure she goes above and beyond to be helpful. I will look for her each time that I’m in the store. Thank you Jackie!!!

They sent some subcontractors out to set me tv up. From the minute they arrived they clearly was looking for an excuse not to set it up. Here it is a month later and my TV is still not working! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Nearly $3,000 and no operational tv!

The Geek Squad is a JOKE. They sell you a $200 a year we have your back service repair program but if it's something serious is wrong they want you to take it up with the manufacturer. They replaced components of the computer that they thought were broken but when I received the computer back the problem still existed. I had to take it back up there 2 times for them just to tell me to take it up with the manufacturer. Why on earth are they wearing badges they are a complete joke. Do not buy a service plan with them I'm sure it won't exist down the road as it's a big scam.

Waste of time going to best buy. I wanted a computer monitor. There are many employees but I had to search for help. I asked an associate and he told me to go to the geek squad area. There was one person there already. After waiting 20 minutes I ask associate if there were more than one person in geek squad area to help. Good customer service would have told me I need an appointment and not wasted time listening while waiting customer talking about grandkids. I never spoke to the geek, left and with to office max and got helped right away.

Buyer Beware!! Bought a computer, right out of the box, doesn't work. Ok, stuff happens, but the customer service and crap you have to go through for a return is ludicrous. You can't call and speak to anyone at the stores now. They have to order you a replacement, won't give you one off the shelf. Just horrible!!! First and last purchase from Best Buy!
