Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant throughout. I especially enjoyed the thoughtful details and the overall warmth of the occasion. Store employee, Philip in carpeting and flooring was very helpful. Made sure that I got all the padding that needed for a floor cover, even after coming back. He assisted me and got everything I needed.

I bought $11,036 worth of maple cabinets from this menards one year ago. Menards made one man, alone, deliver these large units. The cabinets, unsurprising, fell and broke off the truck. Not the delivery mans fault, one man cannot handle them. They were left with me anyway. I have been calling/emailing/texting with menards customer service on and off for 12 months, and Menards has not settled this. One unit was replaced. Menards has not paid for the repairs of the damage or replaced the other cabinets. They have not discounted for the gauges and scratchs of the remaining cabinets. Beyond a delivery issue, this is a failure of product management, warranty fulfillment, and quality assurance. Spare yourself the time, money, and headache.

Whatever you do at this location, make sure you don’t have Jan as your cashier. Completely ignored me when I said hi. Snapped at me when I tried to help find the barcode. Pushed my cart up to me as hard as she could. Didn’t even look at me when she gave me my receipt.
Jan, if you’re reading this, go see a therapist girlfriend. Life’s too short to be that rude.

Terrible customer service. Tried to buy insulation but wasn’t sure how much would fit in our suv. One guy cleaning up outside said it was perfectly fine for us to drive around and see what we could fit and then go pay for it. Guy at the register refused to allow that. So I said I’ll buy two packs and then pack as many as I can and come back in and pay for the rest or someone can come out with me. Wouldn’t allow it. Went to Home Depot and they loaded as much as possible FOR ME and then let me pay for it.
