went and got a 2021 alfa romeo from matt colombo and really enjoyed the experience and my welcome. he treated me really well. colombo was nice and super respectful. finished up my paperwork with skyler and mike who also welcomed me with open arms and treated me really nice. definitely loved the experience i had from them and the dealership as a whole. got me a great deal and im really happy with my new car. DEFINITELY will recommend and will shop from them again for sure !

Shady sales. I flew in and purchased a 16k mile '20 Giulia in April after discussing this vehicle and make a deal with the sales manager. Vehicle was not ready for delivery for several hours, they were still working on it. Vehicle had KNOWN problems that were not disclosed. They provided a Carfax that had one oil change, and two winter tire swaps on it from the original owner. They intentionally neglected to mention the brand new engine installed at another dealer just 500 miles previous, or the rest of the warranty work that was done. It was all done at a dealership, so they had the information as soon as service looked up the VIN. So now I've driven the vehicle for 5 months with no cruise control, and it's spent the last 100 days at my nearest dealership 2 hours away trying to fix the problem.

Kayne and Franco were amazing. Kayne had everything ready and tested everything out before I got into the car and was very accommodating to my wants for the day. Franco treated me like family and gave solid advice from the beginning and kept me informed of my options with real life scenarios of what has worked and not worked for him in the past. I really appreciate the kindness and seamless car buying experience with them. I highly recommend checking them out. I tried other dealers prior to this purchase and they were by far the best team and gave me the best car buy experience I’ve had.

Kayne Nations and Franco Venegas were awesome to deal with! They were straight from the start and were helpful throughout the deal. I even had a small mechanical issue with the used car I bought on the way home and they were very responsive on making it right and being sure that I was happy. I want to share how pleasant and smooth my recent car purchase was with Mid Rivers Alfa Romeo. I purchased my Stelvio on Friday, 5/28. Upon arrival I was immediately & professionally greeted by Kayne. I indicated which car I was interested in and thankfully the color I wanted was in stock. Everything was so seemless...my trade in was accepted and the financing for the new car also went pretty quickly...thanks Franco and Kayne for such a great experience. I love my car so much!
