My first hour at this dealership should’ve told me not to continue on but I didn’t listen.
1. While there, another woman came in complaining about issues with a car they just sold her….I still stayed because I really wanted my car.
2. I came with my own finance approval but they refused it because they want to run yours through their banks and tried to give me an interest rate that was 10% more. My income and credit is good so I’m not understanding why offer me a high interest rate.
3. Next day, I reported to them there was an issue with the car. They told me to come in for an appointment to drop the car off. The Morning of dropping my car off, they told me they didn’t have any record that I should be bringing my car in, but they will see what the concern is. They had the audacity to tell me the noise I was hearing in the back of my car was a box that I had in there. Crazy thing is, I just put that box in there that same day so that was impossible. At that point, I didn’t even want them touching my car because clearly they did not fix the issue prior to selling it and did not want to.
4. They offer you two years of oil changes. My oil was not changed prior to them selling it to me so I went ahead and took the oil change. When I came for a 7 AM appointment, I was told to come back at 9 AM because they did not have the oil filter for my car. I am not understanding this since the appointment was made days prior. So now that push my day back another two hours because of unpreparedness on their end. Oh, and while I was there for that, another guy came in complaining that they did not fix something on his vehicle that he paid them to fix. I am just not surprised.
5. It has been 3 months since I purchased my vehicle. I still have not received any paperwork for me to go and get my license plate for the car. They do not answer the phone after you are being transferred, so I just came back to the building. I was told by one of the representatives to wait for a call and in about a week they will have the paperwork for me. I do not want to surprise you with this update, but guess what I still do not have it. Now I am stuck riding around with an expired temporary plate on my car. I was only told by them that if I get any tickets, they will just pay it for me. How about get me what I need so I won’t have to mess up my driving record because of issues on your end.
$25,000 lesson learned to go with my gut feeling when it tells me not to do something. I’ve never regretted something so much in my life!
Update: I changed my stars from 0 to 4 because the manager Dan came through for me and was a man of his word and got me all of the paperwork I needed for my title. I respect and appreciate it.

However long they tell you it's going to take it's going to take twice as long do not buy their interior protection packages they do not honor them I took my vehicle to have that done that I paid for and they gave me it back and they didn't do a damn thing to it I think I'll be contacting a lawyer and looking into a fraud case against this dealership I had them at two star before they lied to me and told me that they did something to my vehicle that they actually didn't do so now they're down to one star where they rightly belong and let's update this brought my truck to him again and they did nothing but clean it and detail it they did not install the interior package that I paid for I don't know how they got a 4.7 review it's probably just from people who buy the car but the service and they're honoring what you paid for is a joke don't ever buy a vehicle from Napleton I will never buy a vehicle from Napleton again to deal with my brother's truck who they've had several times brand new seems to be a lemon be careful if you trade in a car because they fail to do the proper paperwork and turn it into Jefferson City and when they sell your car well it's still in your name and if the people who bought it don't retitle it well guess what it's still in your name like they did my brother this place is a joke nobody should buy vehicles from them the lawyer we have also says that these people are crooked as hell they don't return calls don't have my brother's vehicle for over a month without even offering him a loner they're pathetic I will never do business with them again and neither will any members of my family and I will encourage people not to do business with this dealership update November 2025 had my truck serviced oil change tire rotation notice a leak underneath my truck get under it and the drain plug isn't even tight lieutenant and tighten it with my fingers these technicians are unqualified dangerous at best I wouldn't refer my enemies to this place for service or vehicle

BEWARE!!!!!!!!
The worst place to have your vehicle serviced at...a NEW Dodge Rebel GT we had in for service, oil change, tire rotation and air pressure check this past Saturday...well they did the oil change and left something loose so now oil has leaked out and is in my driveway and the tire pressure was low...DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!! This is not the first time they scammed us, the other was on another Rebel GT we had delivered from a different dealership, verbally sold it to me as new but then i see after signing that they marked the Cert of Origin as USED!!! SCREWED ME ON WARRANTY !!! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN !!

First I off I wanna say that Brittany was the woman who helped me at the front desk when I took my car in to be serviced and she was incredible. Secondly I’ve gone to a lot of different places to have my car serviced and it’s never been terrible but the People at the front desk have rarely been too helpful. They didn’t have answers for questions that I had. They seemed annoyed when I would ask questions as well! That was not the case with Brittany from start to finish she went above and beyond with any questions that I had and she had an answer for all of them which put my mind at ease! the service Brittany provided was beyond incredible very kind threw the whole process and attentive with me and other customers which is something I saw while waiting for the mechanics to finish the work on my car! She was very knowledgeable with any questions i asked and the other customers as well. I was quite impressed I don’t see this kind of Service often these days!

I was greeted with a smile and a “How can I help you?” I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and I asked her if she could have someone check under my car for damage. Drove home from vacation yesterday and after 13 hours of driving it was dark and raining. There was a small log in the road and my option was to hit it or go off the road. My rear tire ended up going over the log and I heard the log hitting under my car. Brittany Harper came to the waiting room and assured me that there was no damage and showed me pictures as well. Service was fast and friendly! Thanks for going the extra mile Brittany! (My last name is Nicholson now but have not updated my Google account yet)
