Came in not sure if I was able to trade in my current vehicle. Worried I would be upside down. My sales guy Corey Brenner was so patient with me. We crunched numbers and we’re able to get me in my price point. I was torn between two vehicles he let me test drive them twice to make a good decision. He even waited for my husband to get off work to come look at the car. This was such a great experience I did not feel rush like I have in the past. He was not pushy and very willing to earn my business! Super excited about my new to me vehicle that is perfect for my family and business needs. So happy I stopped and Corey just happened to be my guy. Thanks Corey ?

Bad experienceJune - purchased a used vehicle. I understand it's not brand new, so, expectations are different, but I purchased from a dealership and not an individual to avoid surprises or issues with the car.Front bumper was not flush. The salesman just pushed it in. Bumper popped back out. I said it probably needs a clip. He pushed it in again, surprised that didn't work. SMH. He said service was closed but he'd talk to his manager about fixing this. Got home and noticed one headlight was flickering. Sent salesman a video. He said they would look at that too.After inquiring a few times, was finally told to book a service appointment, they would take care of it. Booked a service appointment for the issues- 3 weeks out, was the earliest they had. Texted salesman to let him know because I needed reassurance that this would get taken care of. He replied "No problem! The service dept has been scheduling a few weeks out recently. I have it from my GM we will take care of it for you!"They had not done an oil change on the vehicle so I took it for one. Found other things wrong. So front plate bracket, bumper, flickering headlight, heated steering wheel, low brake fluid, one tire, and later drivers side door lock.July 24th- Dropped my vehicle off on a Monday morning, told them I needed it Friday because I was going out of town and had no vehicle (did not get a loaner). I picked it up on Friday afternoon and nothing had been done. I was inconvenienced, missed a doctors appointment and had to pay for Lyft during that time, all to pick up a vehicle in the same exact condition. Despite them not doing any work to my car, they managed to put 19 miles on it.Spoke to salesman, service manager and GM at the same time. GM said he did not know about all the issues, despite everyone telling me they talked to him. He was dismissive. GM never answered or returned my calls, I just happened to run into him at the service counter. He still would not tell me what was going to be fixed and neither would anyone else. Staff would tell me GM needed to talk to the GM from Maserati dealership next door regarding the issues with my car. It's the same GM for both!I was told to schedule an appointment for repairs this time.July 31st- I go to drop vehicle off and ask for a loaner because I can't be without a car. They tell me they didn't have any available but will call me when they do.August 7th- they have a loaner in, so I can drop off my vehicle.August 19th- call that my car is ready. I ask what was done and am told the driver's side door lock, front plate was mounted and the bumper. I asked about the headlight, since that was a major issue for me, and find out it was not approved. I go to pick up my car a few hours later. As I am driving off the lot, I realize the driver side door lock is still not working. I pull back into the dealership and explain the situation. There was no one at service. They located a service manager, I think, who happened to be there on his day off. He took the time to figure out what was wrong and fix it. A part was replaced but they had not connected it. I didn't catch his name, but I am very grateful to him.I drove home and the bumper was again not flush. I checked it out and the tab was still broken, they never fixed it. I messaged the salesman a picture. He said to let him know if it happens again. Of course it's going to pop out again, it's broken! Nothing is holding that part in place.I live an hour away and have spent too much time making calls and driving back and and forth. I didn't ask for upgrades. I just asked for the things that were a part of the vehicle to be in good working order.I would have liked if all things had been fixed, but I understand that doesn't always happen. if I had simply been told "we can repair X but not Y," or if they had explained that they could not justify the cost of a part, but would have covered the labor if I purchased the part. I would have understood and been ok with that as a compromise.If y

Very happy with my new/used Hyundai I purchased from here. A fair price for a great vehicle. John Maler helped me greatly through all 3 of my consecutive visits, not a pushy salesman and allows you to check vehicles out at your own pace. I intended on buying a dodge but wasn't 100% confident due to the car fax. John was able to find a vehicle in my price range with fewer owners, accidents, and more features. Made my experience worth recommending. Thanks!

Kevin had us in and out with a great, reasonably priced car in under 3 hours. He was very personable, easy to work with, and didn’t play the games that usually make shopping at a dealership an unpleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Puppy approved, Amanda and John were amazing!!! I was super attached to my old car but I needed a new one. John and Amanda let me be all crazy girl emotional. These two aren’t your usual car salesmen they actually care and want you to love the vehicle you leave with. Caleb in service is outside as well. 10/10

Best customer experience we have had at a dealership in a very long time! We loved working with Amanda Richardson. She was very helpful, listened to our needs, and wasn’t a pushy salesperson. I was a first time Jeep owner, so I had a lot of questions and she answered them all! Mike, the GM, personally thanked us for the business. Dan the finance manager was also great to work with. He actually called me a couple days after signing the original paperwork because he found us a lower financing rate. Who goes out of their way to completely redo paperwork to help save their customers money?!? Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Napleton Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Thanks again Amanda, Mike and Dan!

UPDATED: Kean was great, but my wife and I learned a life lesson getting played by the customer service being so great and not double checking what we brought and signed for in the finance department. We were told the car was 10,500. Even with the $2-300 admin fee, we put $500 down because Kean had assured us the sales tax would be rolled into the loan. We left the first night because we spent 4 hours (3:30pm to almost close) and they wanted to clean it and had needed time trying to figure out this loan situation. Kean came back and forth and told us he would get the price we wanted with sales tax rolled into the loan. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of being excited and trusting him else we wouldn’t of put $500 down and needed that to pay for plates which costed us $780 a couple weeks later, which we didn’t plan for as Kean informed us the sales tax was rolled in to the loan. The next day we came back after the first night to retrieve our vehicle (which also took hours to just get our vehicle and paperwork done) and felt like we wasted our entire day there getting the vehicle. When we went to go sign paperwork, we were really excited and didn’t double check paperwork. We just declined the warranty but should’ve check to see the price of the car changed to another thousand higher than intended. The blue book on this car was between 9.8-10.6 which is why we felt 10.5 was a great deal. I assumed the sales tax was rolled in, and two weeks later I called because I didn’t hear anything about paperwork information at all, so they said “oh yeah it’s done come pick it up”, I was up there next day, picked it up, happy to get my wife her plates on her new car because we had a newborn and we were really excited, to find out it wasn’t rolled in. We wouldn’t of put $500 down if we knew this. We will definitely not be back and be telling our friends to avoid this place. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

The best way I can describe my experience with Napleton’s Mid Rivers and Ally in particular is “professional”. Ally had me set up with a test drive within minutes of arrival and in less than a hour we had negotiated a deal that I was elated with. Ally worked really hard to ensure my vehicle was perfect before I left the dealership with it. I initially went to Napleton’s because they had the vehicle I wanted in stock but I’ll be going back because of the experience I had with Ally and her team.

I shopped around, but Napleton stayed in constant contact, listened to my concerns and worked with me to come to a deal in my trade and new vehicle that met my needs. Today, I’m the one driving the Punk’n 2-Door Wrangler and loving every minute of it!

During my visit, for service....1. The service person never got up to greet me, he stay in his chair.2. While in the waiting room, only two employees said hello. One was a lady dressed like a mechanic, and the other was a fairly young black gentleman. He actually greeted me twice, I wish I had asked his name.3. A salesman, sitting right outside the service area, was placing follow up call with customers using the speaker phone..very unprofessional. About as an unfriendly dealership I have ever been to, I suggest Johnny Londoff, even Mr. Londoff greats his customers.

I had my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL towed here from another garage that couldn't figure out why my Jeep was dead. Not only did the service department determine what was wrong in a timely fashion. Josh, Brittany and the service technicians who all had a hand in dealing with my car were all amazing! The communication with me every step of the way was unmatched, explaining to me what was wrong, what was being fixed/replaced and what the previous garage messed up! I won't be taking my Jeep anywhere else for service!
